Hi, I'm building a Mendelmax from the Blomker.com kit and I 2 problems that I'm struggling to overcome. (Please excuse my terminology as I'm new to 3D printers) 1. Getting the Y axis and X axis to be at 90 degrees to each other because of slight variations in the A frame, because the 2 Z axis tracks (rods) and not the same distance from the front of the machine. @woo Thanks. I have a large metel "corner square", which I'll use to make sure the base is square. Actually, I"ll measure the diagonals as well. measurement of the carrage tracks is going to be a bit more tricky, but I guess the nearer they are all to perpendicular to each other (in all 3 dimensions) the better.by rogerclark - Reprappers
Hi, I've just finished the frame construction on my Blomker MendelMax kit, and I've noticed that now that I put the brackets on the tops of the A frames that the base was no longer flat on my workbench. I've now loosened all the brackets at the top of the frame, and pushed the back and front sections of the A frame to level the base again But I was wondering the best way to make sure that I haby rogerclark - Reprappers
