Andyby NdyGen - 3D-Scanner
Hi, fan control is software, in the copy of the sprinter firmfare I had it was turned on and on the same pin as the y-motor control :-). Once turned of the y-axis bahaved like it should. regards Andyby NdyGen - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Ouch, a broken stepper AND a broken stepstick, Murphy strikes (again).by NdyGen - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors
Found the problem, turned out the fan control messed things up, if I turn it off the y-axis works as it should. I wasn't planning on using a fan on my controller anyway so no problem. Thanx all for the tips & sugestionsby NdyGen - Firmware - mainstream and related support
I can rule out the noise, I've put a Serial.println at the point where the firmware scans for the sensor so it prints a debug message upon sensor trigger. I never get the message when the direction of the y-axis changes.by NdyGen - Firmware - mainstream and related support
The wires for the y sensor are not near any motor wires. It also happens while printing (sometimes) looks like some overflow.by NdyGen - Firmware - mainstream and related support
I have a problem with the latest version of the Sprinter firmware (kliment-Sprinter-b7cf9b4) When I home all the axis (G28 command) my y-axis goes toward the endstop as it should If it is far enough from the switch it stops before it reaches the switch reverses direction and runs into the washers at the front. So the strange thing is: - why does it stop before reaching the switch - why does itby NdyGen - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Hi, So I've managed to put my first Prusa together. I'm at the point where I'm wiring the elctronics. I have a sanguinololu and 5 x 42BYGH0425 steppers. When I try to make a motor move it makes the noise you would expect from it but it doesn't turn. It just steps back and forward a tiny bit. I've fiddled around with the stepping junpers on the sanguinololu but that makes no difference. Withby NdyGen - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors
