I have the problem you previously said with jamming issues with the Buddaschnozzle G3D version. Although when it does get started i find it sticks rather well. Im using a heated PCB bed, 3mm layer of glass directly on top and spraying that every so often with Hair spray, sticks very well!!by I Am The Big Green Monster - Printing
Hi Cefiar Thanks for the reply. I have checked the drivers and they are, all 5 of them, 100% operational. I had looked around the board testing continuity and couldn't find the issue, so I had assumed that this ruled out solder issues, I also cleaned up and residue and excess solder found around and on some terminals, but I shall check again. Solved my own question there, I changed the pin definitions in pin.h could be an alternate solution to the previously solved problem also.by I Am The Big Green Monster - RAMPS Electronics
I've decided to change the pin labeling to allow my ramps E1 position to act as my Y axis, not really how i wanted to solve the problem as i would like the option of having a second extruder to print support material, but solved none the less. Please still feel free anyone who can answer the question which electronic component would cause this phenomenon.by I Am The Big Green Monster - RAMPS Electronics
I want to do something similar but use the E1 to drive the Y axis, any suggestions?by I Am The Big Green Monster - RAMPS Electronics
I have Sprinter loaded atm, but have tried Marlin configured for prusa which previously operated the Y-axis, and the reprap test firmware which had previously operated the axis too.by I Am The Big Green Monster - RAMPS Electronics
Hi Everyone I'm new to the forum so please bare with me my terminology may not be great. I have complete my first Prusa iteration 2 build. I wired everything up ran the test program, everything was working, great! Now for some reason my Y axis motor will not run, regardless of what firmware or test program is used. All the rest work fine!! I could really do with some help to identify or circumvenby I Am The Big Green Monster - RAMPS Electronics
