Hi folks,
check this out - a modified reprap printing a 3d blood vessel scaffold! and this concept.
Does anyone know any more about how the print material is formulated and then delivered to the extrusion apparatus? Any speculation about the extrusion assembly?

my March reprappro Huxley's nozzle will now finally warm to 205 for PLA when requested because I adjusted pid_i_max in configuration.h from 80 to 130. Before I did that it would stick at 194-196 and I would have to pretend to pronterface that I was using ABS e.g., request 250 before it would get hot enough.

I,m sure there is a simple reason why this print extended beyond the bed but I just don't what that is. Can anyone help?
Huxley reprappro Mar 2012 line, pronterface printing Power socket bracket with switch for RepRapPro Huxley by peppertarts which is not for my machine, I know, but it looked small and simple so I tried it anyway.
Why does it print outside of the bed - as in this video oops!

Hi folks
the commissioning instructions on the reprappro wiki imply that the reprappro version of pronterface ought to have this HOME ALL button but it ain't there. I've got:
GET POS ECHO QUIET
BL CENTRE BR
FL UP FR
but no HOME ALL ... nor an IDLE button. Hmmmm. Can't see any documentation; is CENTRE = HOME ALL?

it is indeed PLA - thx for the tip about the fan - I must have missed the bit about extruder steps per mm calibration as that is not ringing any bells
- I will re-read the reprappro Huxley wiki pages again
Many thx

Hi
just commissioning reprappro Huxley using pronterface on windows 7 but the SD card issue is bugging me.
Why does it say "SD init fail"?
The instructions say this might happen & don't also worry about it but don't explain it or offer any solutons.
anyone know what is what?
Rgds,
Patrick
