Hi,
I am not suer whether you can check the gcode in detail but I have had issues with the new slicer 1.0.0RC. It adds material in the corners especially if they were designed to be sharp.
you can magnify the gcode in the new pronterface and investigate it in 3d.
Hope that helps

Printing
Hi Guys,
I am trying to print a 20mm x 20mm wall 10mm hight and 0.4mm thick.
I have prepared a model in Solidworks and run it through netfabb (011.0001.013_fixed1.stl). Then I run into the first problem. I loaded the file into the Slic3r 0.9.10b and noticed that it only sees a half of it (Slic3r0910b.png) I then loaded it to the new Slic3r 1.0.0RC1 where it looks fine ( Slic3r100RC.png) howeve

Many thanks Jesper,
I have actually lowered the speed significantly as Ithought that was the problem initially. Extruder gears worked well with different nozzle so I guess it is not the problem. I will play with the accelleration and will let you know whether that helped or not.
Many thanks

Printing
Hi Guys,
I wondered if I can pick your brains. I have installed a new extruder with 0.4mm nozzle to my printer. I am trying to print a single wall box out of ABS. I got to the point where it prints the box but the corners seem to collapse (you can see ont he photo that these are pretty much missing)
At the moment the settings are as follows
temp extruder: 245C first layer/ 235 thereafter
