As i said I'm having problems uploading via webinterface or pronterface. On web, it just stops at about 8 % or sometimes around 30%. And then it's just an 0KB fie on the SD. And sometimes, when i want to print from web, it looks like program started but then nothing happens. The light from bed doesn't turn on. it doesn't start to print. And the Z movement's stayed at half even do i turned it offby Mercnik - Ormerod
I have the latest firmware and software, so there is not much I can do. I have a laptop. it just takes time to take the SD out from printer and then put it back in. Always turning on and off, and heating bed and waiting... For now, I'm using Repetier, and things work. I can upload files on SD, prints look great, and it's faster. Pronterface work's if I upload to SD, but print speed seems to be sby Mercnik - Ormerod
I have tried to print from your .stl file. I have the same problem if I am using pronterface. If I run g code over repetier it's ok. It seems like a problem with extruder motor. If I'm using pronterface to print, the motor keeps making strange noises. I don't know hov to explain, but instead kind of music sound, it's making ''ta ta ta ta ta''. But only when i'm using pronterface. What is the probby Mercnik - Ormerod
ok thanks. i will try to print it from your stl file. I did some calibration to IR probe settings and things look better. I also had a lot of programs running during prints and maybe that caused the problem. But there is no difference if i upload Gcode on SD or its run over USB. The print on photo is better, the layer hight was 0,4 so it isn't very smooth. I was wondering, do i have to run G32 (bby Mercnik - Ormerod
i use USB, It didn't look broken in CATIA or netfabb or meshlab. I will try to use meshmixer.-can i repair mesh in meshmixer?? I also tried to upload to SD, but result was the same.by Mercnik - Ormerod
this is the stl file. i use slicer version 1.1.7 i also recalibrated the IR probe. I think that curent print looks better then previous. have to wait to look better. I only changed fill pattern to concentric, but left top/bottom infill rectlinear. thank'sby Mercnik - Ormerod
yes i did. the mesh was ok. and there were no visible ribs.by Mercnik - Ormerod
Hi, I'm new to 3d printing. I have a problem with circular prints. As you can see on the photo, the left object wall is smooth. But the right object wall has ''ribs'' on it. THe CAD file is the same i just added a segment. It is just a test piece. I designed everything in CATIA, and all scalles are set for small objects(preccision 10^-6). So there shouldn't be a CAD software problem. I triedby Mercnik - Ormerod
I would love to buy it, but i think that just shipping costs more than i would pay to get it cut out here. But if i have any problems geting it here i will get back to you. THen i will probably purchase also x ribs. Thank'sby Mercnik - Ormerod
Ok i will wait a few days, even do i found them in ormerod master file.... . Would you sugest any new bed support. that can be found on the forums? i think i will have to print one that is more stable. Ian, again, thank you for all your support and answersby Mercnik - Ormerod
ok, allready found them on github, ormerod master fileby Mercnik - Ormerod
Thank you, you would not know where? i was looking for them allready.by Mercnik - Ormerod
Hey. would it be possible to get drawings of X-arm and other rib parts? Anything that is made of acrylic in stl or any other cad file thank youby Mercnik - Ormerod
