@Jand I am starting to put nuts, bolts and washers in the model (to export the final BOM) I am using this model: Do you have a final version of the model? any suggestion with nuts and bolts? Regardsby fleming - CoreXY Machines
@jand hahahaha, no, sorry I did not explaining properly... I am not interested (yet) in the Z-Axis because I was looking for a XY manipulator to develop a LOW COST Immersion Ultrasound Scanning machine to inspect unbound layers (or other defectology) in CFRP. I was looking the Zerologik design, but my milling machine is under maintenance (for 5 moths... and not to much time to finish soon), but sby fleming - CoreXY Machines
@Jand Hehehehe, too late (my contribution, I mean) Anyhow, the printing is ongoing...by fleming - CoreXY Machines
Quotejand BOM: (^_*) Yes, I know, I have to work on that. I just extracted this from the STP assembly... It is not everything, but can be an Starting point... Today I started to print the pieces... I am interested in the X-Y... not the Z. Regards P.S:Upsss... I just realized that you updated today the assembly... now it is with more components... Do youby fleming - CoreXY Machines
Hi, Thanks for your input. I need to continue looking around (or order a china), because it seems impossible to find this tube with 2mm ID... the only think that I found was in a pneumatic store, a spool of 50m for more than 80€ (110$ - 65Pounds). I was trying to let part profit in the local stores... but I will finish ordering in internet.by fleming - General
Hi, I am looking in the local stores for bowden tubes, for 1,75mm filament. I am trying to find Teflon tube with ID of 2mm, but without success. The only available tube with an 2mm ID is polyamide tube. I was googleling to find some reference, but without too much success. I was wondering if someone had experience using this material instead of PTFE. Thanks in advance. PS:I know many sources in iby fleming - General
Hi, Stil missing the iddler plate, rood and bearing. Can you also add the Gt2 pulley? Thanks in advance. Regardsby fleming - CoreXY Machines
Quotezelogik As nobody seem really interested with a "simple" coreXY configuration, I don't spend time for put file on github or anywhere, but if people are interessed, no problem for sharing, pdf/solidworkd file/stl etc... And i think Openscad or inkscape file is really not difficult to make. Me! me! me! I am interested in your design... I am looking a HBOT/coreXY design that seem robust, andby fleming - CoreXY Machines
