frustration causes mistakesby Jagtech - Printing
I thought it was working when everything homed but did not go to the not homed position to check again MY BADby Jagtech - Printing
I have been battling a problem with this printer and now I discovered that the y end stop is triggered all the time even when it is unplugged from the board a mks gen l board does that mean a new board is in order to fix?by Jagtech - Printing
found that y end stop is triggered all the time even when it is unplugged from the boardby Jagtech - Printing
I checked the end stops by going to pronterface and doing a M119comand and the end stops trigger okby Jagtech - Printing
This printer is a Tronxy x5s with a MKS Gen L boardby Jagtech - Printing
I have been trying to fix this for over a month now and I am not even close just close to going crazy When the print starts out it homes and the there is a chatter like it is slamming into the end stop and the it prints way over to the right side of the print bed ( towards the x axis min side ) Here is my H config /** * Marlin 3D Printer Firmware * Copyright (C) 2016 MarlinFirmware *by Jagtech - Printing
resolved by changes in config fileby Jagtech - Mechanics
Majpr news I have extruder movement by changing one line in config, changed the 1 that was there to 0 It's not over yet,I just need to figure out why the x axis moves to the center of the bed when you go to extrude #define E_ENABLE_ON 0 // For all extrudersby Jagtech - Mechanics

This all started with a new hypercube machine build.I can't get the extruder motor to move It stated out with an error of (echo to long extrusion prevented ) I can move the extruder motor wires to the x axis and it will work off the x axis so I know the motor curcuit is good so I tried changing out drivers and then the arduino board an next the ramps board with all new drivers so I feellike it iby Jagtech - Mechanics
Did all that and still not working.I also put the steps up on E2 to 1000 just to make sure. Going to wait for ramps board.Take a rest Scotty and thanks again.by Jagtech - Mechanics
this is what I see in pins_ramps.h #define E0_STEP_PIN 26 #define E0_DIR_PIN 28 #define E0_ENABLE_PIN 24 #define E0_CS_PIN 42 #define E1_STEP_PIN 36 #define E1_DIR_PIN 34 #define E1_ENABLE_PIN 30 #define E1_CS_PIN 44by Jagtech - Mechanics
This is where I got the config file from it is in his thingverse download.I copied the configuration.h file into my configuration.h fileby Jagtech - Mechanics

This is how my pins.h looks, not sure what to change here #ifndef E0_MS1_PIN #define E0_MS1_PIN -1 #endif #ifndef E0_MS2_PIN #define E0_MS2_PIN -1 #endif #ifndef E1_MS1_PIN #define E1_MS1_PIN -1 #endif #ifndef E1_MS2_PIN #define E1_MS2_PIN -1by Jagtech - Mechanics
I also just realized that I am using a direct drive bowden extruder in stead of the extruder with a pulley belt system like the original hypercube build that I got the config files from. I don't know what the difference would be but that might have something to do with problemby Jagtech - Mechanics
Tried swapping motor wires and driver from EO to E1 but don't know how to modify the pins.h that's new territory for meby Jagtech - Mechanics
Went and took the arduino board and swapped it out and then looked at the ramps board and I thought I found it abad solder on one pin looked like no solder onit and redid that one and two others that didn't look quite right put it back together and recompiled and uploaded and guess what ( STILL DOES NOT WORK), I AM PISSED NOW!!! What the heck can I be missing? Only thing now is to replace the ramby Jagtech - Mechanics
Might run a belt on the z axis the next one I do sounds like a good idea I have another printer that I want to rebuild into another hypercube. Just need to get this one done first. I was worried about printing the extrusions but it turned out very strong and very ridged. Also when I ran M302 P1 I did not get an error code or anything and no movement.I also did comment out those two lines and itby Jagtech - Mechanics
Still nothing, ran the M302 P1,and it did not move then M502 and M500 heated up extruder to 200C and still did not move. And Scotty this is a new machine I built from the ground up using all plastic for the t slot extrusions and all into a Hypercube corexy printer and it came out good and everything works but the extruder motor,so close but so far from being done with this printer I also built itby Jagtech - Mechanics
Heated up extruder first then did G92 E0 and also tried G10 and G11 no movement from extruder motor Did G28 to Home rrinter just to make sure G codes working Printer homed ok with G28 ,Maybe I need to replace the arduino board ( mega 2560) haven't done that yetby Jagtech - Mechanics
I am in prompterface and I heat up extruder to 200C and then extrude or reverse extrude and I get the error and the extruder motor does not move or I can go to replicator and heat extruder and the extrude or reverse extrude and motor does not move even with 10mm extrude. This has really got me stumped. Thanks for all the help I sure need it on this one.by Jagtech - Mechanics
iRechecked my basics by swapping motor wires to another driver circuit and motor works, swapped drivers and driver is ok. Still at a loss as to what to do.Good thing I have two other printers or I would be going nuts by nowby Jagtech - Mechanics
still does not extrude, tried setting to 280,200,and 140 but still get echo to long extrusion prevented and extruder motor will not move Going back to basics and recheck my connections and driver curcuitby Jagtech - Mechanics
temp is running and at 220C no cold extrusion and (#define EXTRUDE_MAXLENGTH 100) is what I have, still not working. Should I set tis number higher? 200mm+200mm (400)by Jagtech - Mechanics
I built a hyper cube printer and everything is working but my extrude motor. I can swap the motor connector to the x or y axis and motor works verifying the motor circuit is ok swamped drivers and driver ok. When I try to extrude in prompter face I get (echo: too long extrusion prevented) Help please. #include /** * Marlin 3D Printer Firmware * Copyright (C) 2016 MarlinFirmware * * Basedby Jagtech - Mechanics

Think I found the y axis problem with y axis connector and x is working and z not working at al may be driver, and yes I have min end stops set to -1 Thanks for the helpby Jagtech - Mechanics
my machine when run in pronpter face just set there and run like up against something I know it is in my configuration because I just made a lot of changes including new //marlin upload when I manually push up to home position an d a M119 command all my endstops read tigger/** * Marlin 3D Printer Firmware * Copyright (C) 2016 MarlinFirmware * * Based on Sprinter and grbl. * Copyright (C) 20by Jagtech - Mechanics
