I will ask next time I see the support staff pop up on skype. Something like that would be good to put in their 3dstuffshare site. Which is where I started my search.
Thanks Mike

Well that is a surprise to read. She is the one that is giving me the biggest headache. She was very rude on Skype the last time I called and is literally ignoring my e-mails (have sent other messages from different account to get fast reply). I'm not sure of her relation to Rob Grosche, who seems to be the head of tech support, but both have not been helpful at all in my case.Quote

They advertise the shit out of the fact they are based in Australia! Right on their website they list their address as Penrith, Australia. The phone number they list is an Australian country code. I just asked their online sales guy what country they are based in and he said Australia. But everything I've seen and heard is straight out of India. So who knows what scam they're running but it doesn't sit well with me. I have not seen an ABN number anywhere.Quote

from what i can tell they aren't actually an Australian company at all, their domain name is registered to an address on the outskirts of Sydney, however the actual place is an optometrists , there is also no ABN number that i can find on their website,
has anyone got an ABN number from any invoices/receipts?

Well that was useless. Contacted support they said ...
[9/9/2014 11:41:40 PM] Sir Ket: Hello, I bought one of your i2 prusa Kits a few months ago. I was looking around for the .STL files so I can print out spare parts for my machine but I can't find them on the 3dstuffshare site. Am I just missing them?
[9/9/2014 11:42:13 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Hi.. This is Jane.
[9/9/2014 11:42:28 PM] Sir Ket: Hello this is Mike
[9/9/2014 11:42:37 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: You can get STL files from 3dstuffshare.com and thingiverse.com
[9/9/2014 11:42:51 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Or you can draw your own files
[9/9/2014 11:43:34 PM] Sir Ket: Umm I am looking for the .stl files for the printer itself.
[9/9/2014 11:43:59 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: ok
[9/9/2014 11:44:02 PM] Sir Ket: in particular the j-head plate and the X carrage.
[9/9/2014 11:44:45 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: You cannot get the perfect size in sites. You have to draw by yourself..
[9/9/2014 11:45:02 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Anyways try in thingiverse.com
[9/9/2014 11:45:47 PM] Sir Ket: You are saying you don't have the files for the printer you sold me?
[9/9/2014 11:46:21 PM] Sir Ket: Can I buy a new j-head plate?
[9/9/2014 11:46:31 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Yes.. but the exact measurements you cannot download from sites
[9/9/2014 11:46:37 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Yes you can buy
[9/9/2014 11:48:45 PM] Sir Ket: I found the carrage but not the plate itself. Do you have a link to where it is in the store?
[9/9/2014 11:49:08 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: Please contact iprint.sales skype id.
[9/9/2014 11:49:13 PM] 3Dstuffmaker Support: They will help you
so I go to Sales..
[9/9/2014 11:51:30 PM] Sir Ket: Hello, 3dstuffmaker support said you would be able to help me.
[9/9/2014 11:51:37 PM] iprint sales: yes
[9/9/2014 11:51:43 PM] iprint sales: This is jasmine
[9/9/2014 11:51:47 PM] iprint sales: srom sales team
[9/9/2014 11:51:52 PM] iprint sales: How may i help you
[9/9/2014 11:52:31 PM] Sir Ket: I was looking for the .stl files for the j-head plate of my i2 Pusa kit.
[9/9/2014 11:53:33 PM] Sir Ket: or failing that a link where I could buy the j-head plate.
and then nothing..
I am offering them money and they ... there are just no words.
Anyway, I have spent the last 3 hours digging around thingverse for the j-head groove plate but since they use a modified X-carriage I have had no luck. If anyone has a link to one I would be super grateful I think it's time for bed..
Thanks Mike
