Getting a mendel from star-prototype-china

Hello.

I'm totally new to this, I want a mendel because it's so cool I can't live without it.

So, the only parts that really give me trouble to find are the printed parts.
I don't have anything to print these so I contacted [www.star-prototype-china.com] ( it's recomended on the wiki ) for a quote. But they don't know what a Mendel is

Where can I find some sort of file that describes the mendel that I can give to them so they can give me a quote ?
