I don't know. Start by opening up the valve on the propane cylinder a little more...

Too bored to provide any useful information?

Get a bed with higher wattage or increase the voltage. I don't know if the smoothie board supports higher voltages, i had no problem doing that with my Rumba. Be aware that you will very likely need to limit PWM quite a bit if you go for 24 V instead of 12.

What power supply are you using? Can you turn up the voltage a little?

That's a good start.

And the heater is ? How long does it take to get bored to heat up the bed?

If you want people to help you, you have to provide all the relevant info.

Reduce mass or increase power (which means increase voltage and/or current)

It takes like 15min to heated up to100°C. I have a Glas plate on the mk2a heated bed.
How can i increase Voltage

Some switching power supplies have a small potentiometer to adjust the output voltage, but be careful. Power/current increases rapidly with increased voltage and you can easily push the supply beyond its limits and kill it.
What is the power rating of the heater?

The best suggestion so far would be this

3d printer heated bed heats too slow

But in all seriousness, from what you've told us so far:

1. You have a cheap chinese kit printer
2. That printer has a cheap PCB heater that cannot get past 100 (i have one too)
3. You're bored with the heat up time. (me too)

What I've done to over come this:

1. As soon as I decide I want to start messing with my printer, I warm up the bed.
2. Then I go gather my files, start messing with the slicing settings.
3. The bed has normally gotten to temp by now, so I'm ready to print.
4. I don't tend to leave the printer unattended for long periods. The machine didn't come with insurance.

If you've got some money, buy a polyimide film heater from ebay. $40-$150 US depending on seller and specific attributes. Need 150 Watt. Some run off 12v, 24v, house mains, etc.

google it: polyimide film heater
