Conver plastic garbage into a useful materials

I'm from the Philippines and i want to help my country on our problem on the plastic garbage and maybe if can i learn this machine and convert the plastic garbage (instead of using ABC plastic) into a useful materials to reduce our plastic garbage. TY more power MAKERBOT.

I sometimes wonder if I'm a little too detailed on the documentation..

Before you can extrude small granules of recycled plastic you first need a way of shredding the garbage. For a head start on this problem I suggest you take a look here, here and here.

I'm working on the machine almost 6 moths.
I just finish the XYZ axis part of the machine.

Honestly I have no budget on this project, almost all the hardware and electronics on this project is from scratch
I mean that all the components on this are home made and i just made it on our home some on it in the school

By the way I'm a computer instructor here in the Philippines.
