You never know, you might spur him on? It's a pity, but we could all produce a single Z axis for £100 most of us already have one Z, what we really need is a small self contained resin bath add on so we can do high detail resin prints. Perhaps that part should be no more than a few hundred quid, it might be tricky for him to adjust to that, but someone will pull it off.

isn't just as simple as a resin batch you need a breathable build plate because ie if you tried to print for example a ping pong ball, when it gets drawn from the resin it cause a vacuum within the inner space, resin printers are messy too and more suited in my opinion for models that require such detail

Yes of course the attachment for the Z, but on reflection the reason this thing possibly didnt catch on may be more to do with the resin process, messy, small models, ornaments rather than more functional parts? and expensive.
