Okay, so after trying to manually install all the software like it says on the wiki, I was only able to run pronterface from the command line. I figured maybe it was a Java issue so I uninstalled the latest java and installed 5. I tried to run the reprap.bat file and recieved an error message: Errorlevel 1 pause... Does anyone know how to fix this? I feel like there's something obvious I'm missing but I just can't think straight right now. Is this just a Java issue since it also says that it can't find the main class? I'm not too familiar with Java, btw, python is more my thing.

Pronterface does NOT use Java at all, it is written in Python. Java is only needed if you want to use Host, which does what pronterface and a slicing program do together. So you can debug the pronterface problem as a python problem.
