3D printer Prusa Mendel metric-prusa not responding to pronterface.

Hmmm, same error happening again.
Tried slicing a new .stl file to load updated gcode file into pronterface and same error.
Unplugged power and USB and same error.
Pronterface seems to behave ok until the gcode is loaded. I.e., Check temp gives me the temp, but after I start the loaded gcode file, pronterface gives the error and Check temp gives the response SENDING:M105.

It could be the custom gcode I'm using.
I set the start temp at 210 degrees, however I have also set pronterface to 210 and it use to start when the reprap's temp reached 210.

Here's my gcode I'm using.

What firmware (and version) are you using?
What slicer (and version) are you using?

Attach the first 100 to 1,000 lines of your gcode file (as an attachment)!

Not sure on firmware (and version) the RepRap is using. I will find out on the weekend.
Slic3r is version 0.9.8-dev.

I have tried again today with same error, however the first line of error is different (I might have missed this detail on the previous post).
Serial Error: Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:0.

Then the following error (I mentioned in previous post appears about 10 times) checksum mismatch, Last Line:0 Resend:1 .

I have attached gcode with 1st 1000 lines and the last 50 lines of 26067 lines.
