Printing should be faster!

We have seen multiple extruders sharing one hotend with one nozzel and a single bore for multicolor. Thats great.

Now you must make multiple extruders with one hotend and one nozzle with mulltiple bores., eg, 3 Bores in a close triangle in the tip of the extruder.

On fine high detail areas, only one extruder is active. but when you want it quick for infill etc or you are making a surface or a wider wall all three extruders pump through all the bores of the nozzle simulating a nozzle with a bigger bore.

Ok, you get it? Now you have to make better software too, of course. You have to change Cura, so it supports the multi bore, multi extruder single hotend nozzle. Make it like Netfabb where you can have fine outer walls with small layerheight and rough insides.

I Forgot. In case you cant image ir something, take a hammer and smash on you inkjet until the printhead comes out. There you see a multi nozzle ink extruder.

And how would you open and close the nozzles ? I'm sure you could do it with valves but I don't know how small could you get them to be.

No Valves. Just make it two bowden extruder motors. One goes to a bor with one hole for fine stuff. The other goes to a bore that is connected to all the other holes.

Aren't there already settings in slicer software that do this? So long as you have a dual extruder with 2 different nozzle sizes.

You would need more than the common lathe to make three holes off-center.

How do you plan on keeping enough heat there so the hotend can maintain temperature and flow? Doesn't take much before the plastic is taking all of the heat out of the nozzle and soon stripping at the gear.
