Can I run 3 12v fans of 1 24v power supply with out any problems

Hmm, if you wire 3 fans in series you'll get about 8V each, which should be enough to run the fans at a slower speed. Or run two in series.

Otherwise buy a cheap 24V to 12V converter off ebay.
