Need some help please

Newly built Prusa I3 Box Frame with RAMPS 1.4, ATMega 2560, Marlin
Setup as coreXY in config

In Ponterface
If I click on X+ the X correctly moves in +ve direction but Y also moves but -ve
X- does the opposite
But if I click Y+ they both move +ve
Y- both move -ve
Z axis, Extruder work perfectly

A Pruse I3 s not a CoreXY printer. You need to disable CoreXY mode.

Thanks for that very simple answer.
I don't know why I thought that setting was correct
I think my brain's been fried trying to fix bootloaders & firmware
