sicuro di usare una resistenza del giusto voltaggio? Anche se hai il pid sbagliato non dovrebbe schizzare così tanto in alto in così poco tempo

Ah, ma quindi hai cambiato solo il termistore? la resistenza è rimasta uguale? Cioè lasciano il vecchio hotend hai sfilato il solo termistore rotto e hai messo quello nuovo?

Ora l'unica cosa che puoi provare è quella di salire a 215° manualmente e fare il pid a 220°, per vedere se così funziona.. in alternativa puoi provare a buttare tutto a 0 i valori del pid e provare così, ma alcuni firmware non lo permettono, il tuo non lo so..

portalo a 40 e refresha il fw, controlla sempre se vedi che tende sempre a salire blocca tutto.... Diciamo che facendo il pid a 200 anche se dovesse arrivare a 230 240 non ci dovrebbero essere problemi, ma stai attento lo stesso, se lo supera anche cosi non saprei proprio cosa possa essere...

Have you got a reliable thermocouple? If so make your own table. In configuration_adv you can get marlin to display adc values. All you need to do is heat up slowly and map the temps shown on the thermocouple to the adc values. Set more readings at 180—240 for better accuracy. It's a bit tedious.
It's sound like a tuning issue also as its oscillating rather than being stable but at the wrong temp. The thermistor is only tucked under the silicone cover, you could replace it with a known thermistor you trust.

Yes I know. What I mean is if the table I made doesn't match your thermistor, maybe it's a slightly different unit. Make your own table using a thermocouple. Each temperature needs an adc value.
