Feeder vom zweiten Extruder macht nix

Moin allerseits.

Das Problem ist, dass der Feeder vom 2. Extruder nicht anläuft. Ich starte den Loading-Vorgang, er heizt auf, erreicht seine Temperatur, auf dem Display erscheint " .. feeding now blabla ..., press to stop" aber der Feeder-Motor geht nicht. Hat jemand einen heissen Tip für mich wo ich mal schauen soll?

Drucker: ich habe einen Berlin i3 mit Rumba Board mit Merlin drauf im Einsatz

could you attach the configuration.h file?
Did you try the motor on extruder 1? Did you try swapping the stepstick? Is the motor current calibrated? Does the motor axle turn by hand? Is it properly wired, is it making any sounds?

Is the object properly sliced for the second extruder? Did you print in dual or just the second extruder?

You got this with your printer or your supplier can help you download the current version you have running. If not, you can download it from Marlin Github, but you'll need to configure everything from scratch. Not very hard but it's easier if you've already have a working configuration.h file.

Move it from extruder 2 to extuder 1 and from 1 to 2.

Search for motor calibration on the reprap.org site.

Check and double check. Wires may be broken, connectors may not be good.

Configure repetier host and slic3r as only 1 extuder, it makes it a lot easier. And dual extruder setup is buggt at best.
