I have been hoping to do this so that I can make use of my steppers with lead screws built in but mine have m8-8 acme thread so I have no need for a coupler or any of that but I had not been able to do that until I found this thread thank you very much

servo free auto bed leveling for a prusa here guys this is what I have come up with for my auto bed leveling with out a servo for the few of us with out a ramps

Ludara. Are your switches normally open or normally closed I noticed issues with my normally open switches once I changed them to normally closed things seemed to work better I am pretty sure The logic has some issues with setups that are not quite normal

well after much struggling I have this working on a sanginololu with no servo the real issuse is the math for the offset and the bed locations as it turns out if you go beyond any of your soft limits there is trouble after re reading this thread again for third time I found it on page 3 I hope this helps someone else thank you everyone for all your posts and re read this thread as you wo

so when I enable bed leveling the only home switch that works properly in my y switch x and z both move away from the home in switch almost like as though they are not even hooked up so after relocating and changing my n/o switches to n/c I have reasonable behavoir how ever if I run g28 then g29 it seem to be forgeting that the probe and the hotend are offset and trys to run off the end on

alright guys I am having a wierd ting happen I am atempting a semi manual auto leveling with a jig and a switch much like the kossel on my prusa I am using a sangionlolu with a 1284p in it but once I enable auto leveling my z moves up when ever I home it rather than down as I would like anyone have any ideas when I run a g29 my z just moves up at each location I may have found my issuse ho

I ran mine at 19v for a little seemed to be ok but I went back to 12v as the atx power supply was more versitile

um the place I found metric stuff at in abby was the parts desk at avenue equipment but sabre or radier or fastenal can get it for you

I ordered it online Rp is a pain to get to during the week for me I work almost 12 hours a day and I commute in the the company van but it should be here anytime

well I will do as much testing as I can I have a pursa waiting for electronics too so I will be able to do a little testing but if your in a rush I can smack a untested one up once the solder paste gets here
