I am not an advocate of auto level. Once you spend the time to learn to manually level a delta; all other times(if you need to) go very quickly. be sure everything is mechanically sound and you leveling will be perfect. I have only had to relevel when changing nozzles or trying a new hotend. Never had to autolevel and have made hundreds of parts.by wbrokow1 - Delta Machines
I had my p3 steel frame laser cut using nitrogen. The parts came out perfect no burrs at all. Just painted and assembled. So anyone who is having a p3 steel cut make they sure the use nitrogen, it has a major advantage in getting clean cut parts.by wbrokow1 - Prusa i3 and variants
I have just switched from a worn 0.33mm (measured) nozzle diameter to a 0.26mm diameter nozzle and had to adjust speeds to more than half to achieve proper printing. e-steps stayed exactly the same. prints are perfect.. Remember, since each nozzle is slightly different in height recalibrate z offsets. I am using a Kossel mini delta which is the easiest most reliable machine I have. good luckby wbrokow1 - Prusa i3 and variants
I purchased the AZSMZ LCD board and found out it is NOT the same pinouts as the reprap discount smart controller (small or large) The connectors are both 10 pin but the pinout pattern is not the same. I am going through the painful process of matching the pins from the AZSMZ lcd to the reprap's pins. So far I have the backlight working. The documentation from the aliexpress reseller is very sketby wbrokow1 - Controllers
