I have a couple questions for your orballo builds. For the x axis idler adjustment, did you have to use 2 623 bearings in the plastic pieces? One seems too lose for me and two won't fit without some filing down. The other question is the end stops don't fit at all. Anyone have a source for some holders that actually fit properly?by Justsomeguy1983 - Prusa i3 and variants
Update: I've tried repetier firmware and have the same issue! Blows my mind. I can swap drv8825s around and problem stays on RUMBA Z port. Then I swapped Z and Y pins in pins.h (Back to merlin) and now the Y port is doing it. I'm flabbergasted. Maybe just poor performance specs on my drivers, but only when they are doing Z moves?by Justsomeguy1983 - Firmware - mainstream and related support

I posted this in the controller section beforeI saw this firmware section, though I believe it's a firmware issue. So I have a geetech rumba board set up with 5 Chinese drv8825 drivers for my P3Steel frame (which I haven't gotten yet). I decided to hook everything up and ops check the motors spin and whatnot... 2x Ø8x375 mm for the X-Axis. (385mm for version 2.5) Directly from P3Steel BOM page. The increase of 10 mm checks out. The v2.01 and earlier use 375mm. Edit: oops I didn't see that this was 6 weeks ago... Sorryby Justsomeguy1983 - Prusa i3 and variants
I too ordered the frame from Orballo On Nov-22. Still not shipped, however, I had asked which frame version they were going to ship. They responded with "it's v2.01 but we're having v2.5 cut and should have them next week". I then asked for the v2.5 version to be assigned/shipped on my order, just in case I want to do a Bowden at some point. So I can understand why my particular order is takingby Justsomeguy1983 - Prusa i3 and variants
