That's what I was thinking I'll probably just have to find a small space somewhere and stick it in it with a plastic holder for the disc to bendby Fiyero88 - General
Here's some better pictures of it. I guess the underbed setup wouldn't be bad but I'd have to find a mounting kit as I can't print anything since everything's disassembledby Fiyero88 - General
I wouldn't know what to changeby Fiyero88 - General
Oh my order number is 10706 it was for your custom Titan mount. I like the style maybe I can implement it into my system if not I get a nice printed piece from you guys so it's a win winby Fiyero88 - General
A typical bed arrangement it's a P3steel frame with Y Carriage and 4 bolts attached to thumb screws and a Spring. Nothing fancy lolby Fiyero88 - General
I'm trying not to modify anything as my entire Carriage is expensive aluminum and I think extending the throat could work but defeats the purpose of having the aero as the aero gives you more z height as it removes their long heat sink and implements it into the aero heat sink against the extruder. I purchased a IR differential sensor and it doesn't work with my Ultrabase(can't win lol) so I deciby Fiyero88 - General
Its kind of all one piece the Carriage is a standard one, the whole assemble mounts to that motor bracket. The motor bracket is mounted to the X Carriage. I did order a Titan aero bracket from you guys but I don't think it'll work for this. You guys were so nice and responsive so I had to order it anyway just for all your help, that and I like the idea you implemented.by Fiyero88 - General
I'm trying to figure out how to attach my precision piezo to my all metal Titan aero. As you can see it's not the traditional way where the motor is attached to the X Carriage. I've seen printing available where people just print a aero bracket and it works but only if the motor is attached to the X Carriage which mine is not. Any have any idea where I could mount the Piezo disc? Thanks guys!by Fiyero88 - General
I'm having a real tough time figuring out how to mount a precision piezo disc to my Titan aero setup as my extruder motor isn't flush again the mounting bracket. I know they work by pressure and I've seen Titan aero piezo disc set ups but none that look like how my Titan aero is set up. Any ideas guys?by Fiyero88 - General
Checked the serial communicator in arduino and when I press a button in registers in in the live prompt just doesn't actually control anything. Makes me wonder if I have something wired wrong power wiseby Fiyero88 - Controllers
I don't think the screen is dead as it Powers on and the touch screen works and I can update the firmware and a blue LED on the back is lit. I dunno I'll just have to figure it out.by Fiyero88 - Controllers
The TFT wire harness can only go one way it has a key(bump) that only allows it to go one way.by Fiyero88 - Controllers
I've tried all of that. When I press the buttons on the screen no lights flash on my RUMBA Board stating its talking to it. Only light on the board in this red one in the pictureby Fiyero88 - Controllers
The MKS TFT32 touchscreen is great, however it doesn't do anything when I press any of the buttons. The display works, I've flashed the newest firmware to the TFT but it Seems to not want to communicate with my MKS RUMBA PLUS board. I've set the baudrate in marlin and on the tft(it's at 250000) is there something I'm missing? I've noticed that PINS. H doesn't have D0 and D1 configured which is AUby Fiyero88 - Controllers
So do I need to plug anything into the heated bed power in on the RUMBA Board? Or is the MOSFET bypassing that?by Fiyero88 - Controllers
Can someone please tell me if after adding a external MOSFET to my RUMBA Board do I also need to power the heated bed input on the board or just wire the control to the hotbed out? I've included a picture, I have the control wiring of the MOSFET connected to the hot bed out but I didn't connect anything to the hot bed in because I thought the point of an external MOSFET was to keep the power offby Fiyero88 - Controllers
Yeah I'm thinking it's the D2 that would make most sense, it's a brand new board but ya know the Chinese things are cheap and no QC.by Fiyero88 - General
Anything look afoul on it?by Fiyero88 - RAMPS Electronics
Yeah I tried that, let me see if I can get a picture for you guys. Oh and thanks soo much for taking time out of your day to help with this! I appreciate it!by Fiyero88 - General
Hi guys I'm super new to the world of 3D printing. I purchased a RAMPS 1.4 Board kit with MEGA. Anyways I got everything wired right but for some reason as soon as I plug in the green 5A 12V power clip(I'm not using the 10A as it's on a external MOSFET) The power supply shuts off and nothing on RAMPS works. I took all the wiring off and stripped it down to just the RAMPS board and the MEGA and pby Fiyero88 - RAMPS Electronics
