I was using firmware 2.05.1 before, but yesterday updated to 3.1.1, tuned PID for hotbed (M303 H0 S100) just in case and did test print. First I noticed that PID settings for hotbed were different, in v2.05.1 it was (F20 added by me as recommended, 600W silicone heater with SSR)
M307 H0 A237.8 C782.6 D13.4 F20 S1.00 V24.3 B0
but after tuning and saving in v3.1.1 it became
M307 H0 A102.7 C778.3

Printing
After being tuned with M303 artefacts of printing are gone. The only problem of using tuned PID is speed, the point of using powerful heaters is lost. It heating near 0.1C per 2 seconds and to heat bed to 100C it takes near 10 minutes. It is like after all upgrades and troubles I have old 12V heater. Turned off tuned PID for nozzle heater due to it takes yet another 10-15 minutes to heat up to 25

Printing
It was strange issue with Duet Wi-Fi, solid state relay for silicone heater and printing. At first I thought maybe it is Cura problem so I asked there. Pictures and what we found there at . Firmware 2.05.1. We found how to fix it, but have no idea why it happened.

Printing
I can, I'll try.
Edit: moved
G1 F200 E3 ;extrude 3mm of feed stock
G92 E0 ;zero the extruded length again
G1 F{speed_travel}
to the end after extruder heating (where it suppose to be), "time left" file started after that from 101 hours (up from 17), only filament time was close (1:38 vs 2 hours by Cura).

G90 ;absolute positioning
M107 ;start with the fan off
G28 X0 Y0 ;move X/Y to min endstops
G28 Z0 ;move Z to min endstops
