No I didn't calibrate it. Wasn't aware I had to. How would I go about calibrating the E motor?by aplgeek - Printing
This is my first printer and first print. I built a prusa mendel i2 and i am using 3mm ABS filament. I have set the Extruder to 230 and I have checked that it was heating up right with a laser thermometer and the heat bed to 60C. I am using a Sanguino ver. 1.3A if it makes a difference. I have the Z axis home to the point where I can just fit about 3-4 pieces of regular printer paper under it. Whby aplgeek - Printing

Thanks it took a while but it was very picky of where it wanted it to be to move the motors but I was able to get the problem fixed.by aplgeek - Sanguino(lolu)
Yes the end stops are plugged in and i believe they are working. They are in the same way they where before when it worked.by aplgeek - Sanguino(lolu)
I had the printer up and almost running about a week ago but one of my stepper drivers was dead. I replaced it and when i turned the printer back on the motors only run in one direction. I am in pronterface for Mac. So for the Z axis I can move it up with no problem but if try to move it down it just makes a humming sound and doesn't move. After i hit the done button and the motors stop humming iby aplgeek - Sanguino(lolu)

I am using IDE 0023 on my mac I have changed the settings to match my PC and now I am getting In file included from arc_func.cpp:26: Sprinter.h:8:26: error: WProgram.h: No such file or directory In file included from arc_func.cpp:26: Sprinter.h:96: error: variable or field 'manage_inactivity' declaredby aplgeek - Firmware - mainstream and related support
I have a sanguino1.3 and I am trying to upload sprinter on it. I have downloaded the files and have them all installed in the libraries folder. I then go in and change the board to 62 in the Configuration.h file and saved it. I then go to compile it and get error ( pins.h:439:3: error: #error Oops! Make sure you have 'Arduino Mega' selected from the 'Tools -> Boards' menu.) I then go into settby aplgeek - Firmware - mainstream and related support
