hi all. I have just finished building my Prusa i3. I have a problem with my extruder randomly jams during the infill. the first layer onto the bed is always perfect never jams on the first layer. the jam always happens on the 2nd layer onwards mostly during the infill. I can fix the problem by pushing the filament by hand into the extruder and it resumes printing. here are some pictures. It almby Haris2887 - Printing

Also further information M119 Shows that Y Endstop (both min and max are stuck at Triggered and Open respectively) Sending M119 which pressing the switch does not have any impact on the end stops.by Haris2887 - RAMPS Electronics
HI all... I am having problems with my Y endstops from working . My X and Z endstops work Perfectly. BUt Y does not . Apparently it is a bug for MAC but i am using WIndows 8.1. When I home (in Pronterface Here) in the Y direction its as if the endstop is not even connected no response form the switch. HI All. So I have just finished my I3 build and no i am up the electronics. I have edited the merlin FW to specify the Ramps 1.4 as my board and to specify the HotEnd thermistor... I have tested in Pronterface I can connect to the printer. I can move in all axis X, Y and Z. Forward and Back no problems.
