It's always the same...few minutes after detaild description...failure found! The power connector (X33) was defect! Soldered the cables now directly to the Rambo. Thanks for listeningvon ähM_Key - Controllers
Hello, From one day to another my heatbed connected to my Rambo 1.0e stopped working. What I tested at the beginning: - Fuse: ok - PowerSupply: ok - Heatbed: ok - visual inspection of the Rambo: ok But: LED at heatbed does not light up. Only in the moment of switching on, there is a tiny flash. So I disconnected the heatbed and figured out the following: When switching on, the headbed LED flavon ähM_Key - Controllers
Quoteboksbox I updated my flying extruder with a counterweight suspension system Great! Could be a good alternative to my counterweight system with 3 weights. MKvon ähM_Key - Delta Machines
Which results are you looking for? The result for me is, that I can print without any blobbing/stringing even at long travel distances. This configuration worked for some kilos of ABS already. Another extruder with less back pressure might have solved the issue mabe partly as well.von ähM_Key - Delta Machines
Hey David! Thanks for your comments! Although my post was quite old, your one is quite current, because I recently changed the system The rubber band solution was working great at the beginning, but they wore out over time, so I upgraded to the counterweight solution. A plastic coated metal string is running over two ball bearing down to a moving weight. The extruder is now really "flying"von ähM_Key - Delta Machines

I do not understand question 1. What do you mean with "the platform"? As I wrote, not all issues are solved yet, and I'm happy to get inputvon ähM_Key - Delta Machines
Hello! The Problem A direct extruder (with the extruder motor at the nozzle) makes the end effector heavy. Due to the limited torque of the axis-motors and the limited stability of the linear bearings and the frame the printing speed is limited. A bowden extruder (with the extruder motor at the frame, feeding the nozzle trough a tube) does not have these issues. The end effector is very light avon ähM_Key - Delta Machines

Thanks for you experiences! Which slicer-software is it using/are you using? Can you show us pictures of your prints? Did it come with some settings or did you have to calibrate the whole system? (Speeds, temperatures, retraction, ..) Thank you!von ähM_Key - General

Einigevon ähM_Key - Mechanik
Hello, I started playing around with my printer today. I'm using this firmware: . While moving around with the manual control of Repetier-Host, following error occured: "ERROR: No move in delta segment with > 1 segment. This should never happen and may cause a problem!" (It's in motion.cpp, Line 1204.) Should I worry about this? Another strange thing is, that I was able move the print headvon ähM_Key - Repetier
