Thanks Hade, I will try and report.von zacbot - Delta Machines
I am at the same stage with the same problem...using RAMPS 1.4 and up to date Marlin firmware.... I had something similar with my first printer and It had to do with the Endstop configuration....von zacbot - Delta Machines
I don t know if I should leave these two new options (in bold) found in the actual Marlin version: //=========================================================================== //============================== Delta Settings ============================= //=========================================================================== // Enable DELTA kinematics and most of the default configuratiovon zacbot - Delta Machines
I had enough from these cheap chinese linear bearings... I have opted for self-lubricating sinter bronze bearings, that are pressed from tin-bronze powder with a porosity of 25% to 30% and impregnated with oil, making lubrication redundant, made in germany and not really expensive...we will see how they will perform.von zacbot - Delta Machines

Alles klar.
I don t think it will be enough in my case because I have at least + 1mm. I will have to redesign the part, cause I want to be able to disassemble the printer when needed. Ok thanks a lot for your help. I hope we see your printer in action in near future!!von zacbot - Delta Machines
Many thanks, now I know I am not alone. So you dressed to size the printed plastic part and the aluminium extrusion. I mean you sanded them, right ?von zacbot - Delta Machines
Next question please. As you have printed 3DR_Bottom_Motor_Mount_V2_001_RTP.stl you hadn t any problem with the alu extrusion. It did fit ? If yes, which PLA did you use? I am fighting since one week, but with no success...it does not fit and I don t know if it is the slicer or the PLA material I am using. The witdth of the printed T-Slot I get is at least 6.50 mm but on the STL it is ca. 5.60von zacbot - Delta Machines
Thank you for the pictures, it looks very nice. Did you print the parts ? They look awsome good. If yes, which slicer did you use? Is it PLA or ABS?
Zum Extruder mit einem MK7 steht folgendes z.B: The MakerGear Extruder is about **1387** steps/mm with a 16 microstep driver. The MakerBot MK7 is about **100.323** steps/mm with a 16 microstep driver. The QU-BD MBE Extruder is about **106.707** stepvon zacbot - Elektrik & Elektronik

From my build, I learned: the higher the speed, the more "grip" is needed. Also, the higher the load, the more "grip" is needed. I tried 150 mm/s on identical axis but with different result See video on the blog. I ended thinking, that GT2 is good until a certain speed, beyond that speed, one must reduce the speed or the load or simply change from GT2 to T2.5. Solved. Nothing else as the procedure bellow could erase the EEPROM and solve the problem. Edit: found out the mistake I did. the config file started with a notice about EEPROM_MODE....but because the notice did not state that this parameter is set at the end of the config file...I have inserted #define EEPROM_MODE 0 or #define EEPROM_MODE 2 and so on under that notice. But the line #definevon zacbot - Repetier
After updating the firmware to latest build Repetier-Firmware 0.82.2, I had the following problem. When homing the axis (x,y), the speed was very high. It was so high that it destroyed my endstop. Looked to the config file, and found: /** Speed in mm/min for finding the home position. Overridden if EEPROM activated. */ #define HOMING_FEEDRATE_X 80 #define HOMING_FEEDRATE_Y 80 #define HOMING_von zacbot - Repetier
