Could you expand on the things you do when you prepare to print. And what are the temp settings in your slicer? Etc etc.
I set the temperature to 230C on the hotend, and 110C on the bed. I use Pronterface, because it's the only one that connects to my Prusa Mendel V2.

Check your configuration.h file, I thought there was a max temperature setting in the firmware.

My RepRap Prusa Mendel V2 is refusing to print at anything other than 200C. Since my ABS seems only to work at temperatures at around 230C, this is a problem. It is going through all the steps of printing fine, but without the actual printing. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks in advance!

Where are you located? Im in Woodstock Ga. if close by I can print it this thursday at no charge.
If not close by just get to 3dhubs and look for local printers, or check a college or maker spaces that can print the part for you cheap or at no cost.
I live in London. Thank you very much for the advice of going to 3DHubs. I shall order from them.

I seem to have been posted a reprap Prusa mendel V2 without this part (the printed one):
Is there any way I can get hold of a new one, because I do not have another 3D printer to print out the part for my 3D printer. I would rather not have to re-order for one part.
Thank you in advance.
