No bug, only not activated yet. We always start with a slow change first to see if there are any problems. But it seems there are none so far:-)by repetier - Repetier
First check log, then check wires and if you find nothing or want the new features update firmware for more informations.by repetier - Repetier
You need to do such special things directly in Slic3r not over host->slic3r as this allows no changed parameters. See slic3r manual on how to do this. Especially with 1.2.9 included in Host 1.5 you can even change parameters for intersections with configuration stls.by repetier - Repetier
Slic3r 1.2.9 is in 1.5 included. CuraEngine is also updated, but only to the latest compatible version. The "new" CuraEngine is completely different and incompatible to the old implementation. KissSlicer is a stand alone slicer and can not be included beside that pro version requires license. But you can use the Watch directory to import slices from Kisslicer faster if you always save in the samby repetier - Repetier
This means that converted temperature is out of normal range and firmware assumes it has a short or is broken/not connected. If this is new you might check cables. If it is from the beginning, check your sensor types. Wrong types might result in wrong readings as well. The host log should also give some hints. In 0.92 it is more detailed and you see which sensor is defect, 0.91 has only one flagby repetier - Repetier
For linux check ~/.mono/repetier directory. There each folder is a directory folder and settings are files with data.by repetier - Repetier
Scripts are entered in the gcode editor tab. The menu contains only the sending commands and they are greyed out until you are connected with a printer so you can send them.by repetier - Repetier
I do not think so. idea of chromebook is to have all remote web apps. So Repetier-Server might be want you want. That could run on a Raspberry Pi 2 next to your computer and do the work and offers a web interface. Slicer will followby repetier - Repetier
They are stored in registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/repetier You can use regedit to export/import the printer subdirectory. That should be safe. Other parts contain paths that may be different on other computer.by repetier - Repetier
As description says: Please be aware that a PT100 is not the same as a thermistor and unless your electronics explicitly supports RTD Sensing devices you will need an amplifier board. - See more at: So this makes it more a thermocouple, but I'm not sure if they have the same characteristics with the amplifier. Anyhow, you can add any analog device just add the correct resistance / temperatureby repetier - Repetier
What software do you use to generate the gcode for your laser? One problem that arises is the timing as fan would go on immediately and moves are still in progress. Sou you would need to pretend a M400 for every switch to sync it with moves even if it gives a small delay. A better solution would be having a special laser mode where e means intensity of laser and would enable/disable the signal. Iby repetier - Repetier
M400 will wait until all buffered commands are executed. So put a M400 before every change to the laser.by repetier - Repetier
You can use any output you like for switching - only because you use the fan function doe snot mean it is restrichted to fan pin which delivers 12 or 24v output. Not really sure if the pwm signal is good enough for your laser. The software pwm in repetier ha a frequency of around 15Hz. You can increase it 60Hz with decreasing resolution. Better would be a hardware pwm set with M42 that uses a tiby repetier - Repetier
Is it a temperature drop or was temperature completely disabled? Some users seem to have a problem that firmware suddenly goes into dry run which stops heating and extruding, but it is not clear where this comes from. Which firmware version/date are you using? If it is a drop only it might be related to a cooling fan getting tuned on for the second layer that also cools the hotend and it takesby repetier - Repetier
Stop stops printing but you can not unsend so send and buffered commands get printed plus buffered moves. Buffer is normally around 5 commands. The fastest solution is emergency stop - if it does a reset it is even faster. Only draback is that it does not run kill commands like go up.by repetier - Repetier
If it for cooling the hotend itself use the extruder cooler pin in the extruder definition. FAN_PIN is only used for M106/M107.by repetier - Repetier
The truth is that it is not always 17° difference. At room temperature it will fit quite well. Since you measure at the bottom you get some extra heat from bed heaters and bed cools to the upper side. In most cases the bed temperature will get closer to the measured temperature after a while. It takes time for the heat to radiate to the surface, Give it 10 minutes and check the difference again.by repetier - Repetier
Most probably both times are wrong. Repetier-Host has a very simple time calculation assuming you print with the speed you say in gcode. This neglects heat up time and acceleration/deceleration so it is normally too fast. In printer settings you can set a extra amount in percent that you can adjust to get more correct times. For best time prediction use Repetier-Server which computes the time bby repetier - Repetier
That tuga implementation was never 100% finished. I did not have one and without having access we did not manage to solve all issues. If someone starts correcting it, please do so in work092 tree so we can include the corrections.by repetier - Repetier
No, there is only one limit. You can of course simply hack the M104/M109 command in commands.cpp and program your private limiting there. Would be a simple if condition so nothing wild. Repetier-Server can have per extruder max temp settings, but that only limits input methods and does not prevent sending manually commands with higher temperatures. This must be limited in firmware.by repetier - Repetier
You can only control one fan with M106 and that is FAN_PIN if the feature is enabled. The extruder cooler fan pin is for cooling the extruder it self and gets controlled by the temperature manager automatically. As soon as the temperature or set temperature is higher then he threshold that fan will go on.by repetier - Repetier
For me that function is somehow broken in CuraEngine - I get a seam around the case which you can also see in the preview. Using Slic3r in vase mode worked.by repetier - Repetier
In host extruders are numbered from 1 on and firmware starts with T0 so I mean always starting with lowest depending on numbering. Having no mixing extruder I have no big experience with multicolor prints, so I can not say how slic3r handles it. But it is of course unimportant which slicer you use. The trick with virtual extruders hides the fact for the slicer so for slicers it is simply a printby repetier - Repetier
Yes, this is supported by repetier-firmware. You need to set MIXING_EXTRUDER 1 then you have 16 virtual extruders selectable like normal extruders. For each you can set a mixing ratio. See documentaion in doc folder of firmware. Host supports this partially. You can set weights in eeprom. You can slice with CuraEngine with up to 16 extruders, but you have to use extruder starting from 0. You canby repetier - Repetier
The humming are lost steps. A typical problem with z axis which needs other acceleration/max speeds then x and y axis. First reduce acceleration to 50. Then start testing z speeds from 1mm/s = F60 to 10. Somewhere there you have a limit speed that you can not exceed, Depending on friction over height it might also only stall at certain regions. That z probing worked means the z probing speed wasby repetier - Repetier
Yes, you always need to use the slug name for every action. It has no spaces etc. and stays the same even if you rename the printer. listPrinter lists all names along with internal slug name.by repetier - Repetier
The only security that might be there is if your user has no print permission. Since it works from normal frontend debug there what to send. All you need to do is open debugger in chrom and select the socket file in network tab (reload for it to appear) and go to preview I think it is. Then you see a nice list of commands send and received. Everything is json so it is easy to read, Then send G28by repetier - Repetier
https was in deed missing. Strangely it worked anyway :-) Clever chrome seems to have fixed it. The Web UI also uses send for homing so there is no reason why it should not work except perhaps a spelling error. You can open console with send commands enabled and see if the server sees you G28. If you see it there and printer does not react let me know.by repetier - Repetier
With demo I thought you were using the testing application at the bottom of the api documentation: which you can use for testing. Works really good and is helpfull if you are not sure what to expect. Use it myself from time to time. logout event comes when you send a logout command to server. Then it resets the associated user to none. Do you send a logout before login?
