Hey,
I need to check, I didn't try more than E50 each time, but after few times it's getting delayed / not executing.
I'm using DRV8825 drivers that can do 1/32 microstepping, but i'm using them with 1/16.

Hi,
Just upgraded to the new firmware 0.91 and I'm using Repetier Host 0.95D.
Since I changed the new firmware I'm having a problem that I'm sending a command like "Extrude" 2-3 times, and then the printer not executing it. I can see on my LCD that the buffer size is raising so I think that the printer do get the command.
The delay can be for a few seconds of a few minutes. Something the buffer n

I managed to solve it.
I don't know why but when I downloaded the firmware + the configuration file at the first time, all these settings had now values in the configuration:
#define ENDSTOP_X_BACK_MOVE
#define ENDSTOP_Y_BACK_MOVE
#define ENDSTOP_Z_BACK_MOVE
#define ENDSTOP_X_RETEST_REDUCTION_FACTOR
#define ENDSTOP_Y_RETEST_REDUCTION_FACTOR
#define ENDSTOP_Z_RETEST_REDUCTION_FACTOR

Hey,
Just tried to upload the new firmware with the Arduino IDE 1.0.5 and I get this error at 'Printer.cpp' :

The retraction length is 5.5 and speed is 55mm/s and acceleration is 4000mm/s^2 .
I use a Bowden extruder and it worked fine at 60mm too during the print (I didn't see problems).
I tried to change the speed to 40mm/s and it happened too.. I'm trying to calibrate my printer so maybe these values are too high as you said.
Where the fast Z parking speed came from? from the "travel" speed? If not, w

The print is finished so why it needs to retract? the printer works very good, and the print looks fine as you can see in the photo, but as you said it tries to retract very very fast only at the end of the print.
I don't know why and I didn't happen with older version. I just imported my settings to the new version.
If I delete these rows the print looks very good without this fast retraction a

Hi,
The problem started when I start using this (latest) version of slic3r. It doesn't happen every in every print, but if it happens on a model, even if I will slice it again - it will happen again.
After the print is finished, instead of homing, it says for 2 seconds at the finish point and extruding very very fast for 2 seconds.
I figured out that deleting these (bold) rows at the end of the g

Hello,
I'm building a Rostock and using Ramps 1.4 + DRV8825 Drivers.
The default micro stepping in this board is 1/16 .
DRV8825 support 1/32 micro stepping.
When I configed my rostock to 80 steps per mm it moved half than it should move. When I change is to 160 steps per mm it was good.
It looks like the default micro stepping with these drivers is 1/32 and not 1/16, am I correct?
If i'm wr
