... some time ago i mixed a gold-soldering-paste from eutectic gold-tin-spheres (30 microns diameter and 80%gold+20%tin, first time melting at 380°C), gold-dust around 1 micron in particles-size and dexpanthenol + a droplet H2O dest. as 'solvent'. Hi Erich, ich habe eine CNC-Fräse, mit der ich die meisten Teile in einer Aufspannung oder 2-Seitenbearbeitung fräsen könnte, allerdings nur wenig Zeit extra - momentan bin ich dabei, mir eine CNC-Drehachse dafür aufzubauen, dann kann ich auch Dreh-Fräsen bzw. 4-Achs-Bearbeitung, was die Fertigung einiger der winkligen Teile und auch der Drehteile erheblich vereinfachen würde. Hi Beni, ... das ist im Prinzip möglich, allerdings hängt die Qualität von der Regelung und den mechanischen Parametern ab - bei schlechter Adaption schwingen die Motoren oder 'laufen nach'. First the combination of a 4-jaws-chuck and a collet chuck mounting plate - i can change the chuck between an 1kW-servo-motor used as direct-drive lathe, or a 7Nm-microstepper atached to my CNC-mill as 'CNC-lathe'. Hi Lawrence, i'm redesigning my tripod with new available much longer linear bearings. The tripod is stiffer and more precise than the delta-kinematic, but the delta is better for DIY because of it's simpler structure. With three high precision Stepper- or Servo-Motors (i have steppers with 7Nm force and 50000 steps per rev) you need only some bearings, rods and the right hinges. I'l try latevon VDX - Delta Machines
