Hi thanks for response, i have sapphire plus, z is on rails, today i found there was a temperature variations, and did PID tuning again and it reduced a little bit.by bentech4u - Printing
Hello, i have sapphire plus, core X Y Printer. when i try to print test cube, i am getting lines on it. adding pictures.by bentech4u - Printing
HI i just checked VREF and it is 850mV. also i have ordered Titan as you said, 4982 and 4988 drivers are similar,by bentech4u - Printing
HI my board is MKS-BASE v1.4, which uses 4982 as a motor driver. and my extruder is mk8 extruder(direct drive) VREF, i didn't measured yetby bentech4u - Printing
hi heard some, i thought it's skipping steps or extruder. or the filament is slipping . after that i reset extruder, tightened tension springs, still same,... haring some time, not very oftenby bentech4u - Printing
you mean to say extruder calibration also required ?by bentech4u - Printing
HI i was creating a new printer(prusa model). print quality is good and no lines in prints. but i can able to see small gaps in every print. If i print big models, which is breaking while removing support itself. i am attaching some pictures referring to my issue silver/gray color is acccreate PLA Green one is Sunlu china Yellow one is Sunlu chinaby bentech4u - Printing

HI i have configured marlin 2.0-bugfix on the same board and it got fixed. now G28 is working as expected, but G29 is probing out of bed. i have enabled AUTO_BED_LEVELING_UBLby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
Thanks for responding. here i am attaching my configuration filesby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
any help here is the issueby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
HI here is what i am facing now video of issueby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
after some software changes the behavior changed M280 P0 S10 : pin goes down : m119 shows open M280 P0 S90: pin goes in : m119 shows triggered , but when i try to home all, after touching bed also z axis is moving down and it is stopping only when the 3dtouch goes into alarm stateby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
HI Forum, i am new to Touch sensors. I got a 3d Touch (clone BLTouch) and i did the wiring based like below Also i did the marlin firmware changes, i am using 1.1.9, below are the changes i did when i run the gcodes , the touch sensor pins are reacting to it.eg: M280 P0 S160 : clearing alarm ( stops LED blinking) M280 P0 S10 : pin goes down M280 P0 S90: pin goes in in both cases (pinby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
got fixed, some value was in eeprom. cleared everything and it's working fine nowby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
HI Thanks for the response, mine is M5 , just now i checked with a caliper. Regards, Benby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
HI i have updated to Marlin 1.1.9 and i tried to print 20mm cube. but the output was x=20mm, y=20mm and z=26mm in my configuration.h , i have put #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 80, 80, 4000, 94.69 } my thread rod is 5mm normal screw. HOw to fix this issue? here are my configurations: Configuration.h Configuration_adv.hby bentech4u - Firmware - Marlin
HI, i was trying to print with ABS and how to remove the bumps occurring all the this, please find below reference images and how can i avoid that? Regards, Benby bentech4u - Printing

auto bed leveling is kind of working, But when I start printing, it's not in the level of bed, While G1 F60 Z0 is torching(approx) the bed, but when i start print, it is calculated based on first layer height and z offset i think. please help meby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
HI my printer was working as normal with Z-endstop switch. I would like to add auto-bed leveling to this, for that i purchased PNP inductive sensor, which is connected to RAMPS1.5 with resistor voltage drop circuit, i measured the voltage using a multimeter when it triggered, the voltage goes to zero and in normal conditions, 4.8 volts Here is my major changes in firmware, #define Z_MIN_PROby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
OK, thanks for your response, i will change and update youby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
HI All, i was usinf lead screw and changed back to M5 rod bcoz of some reason. i changes the steps per mm to 4000. but when i try to move z axis from LCD, getting some grining noise here is my homing speed #define DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE { 150, 150, 5, 25 } #define DEFAULT_MAX_ACCELERATION { 2000, 2000, 100, 10000 } #define DEFAULT_ACCELERATION 2000 // X, Y, Z and Eby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
Wow thanks. Is there any build instructions. On smartrap main page they mentioned that instructions are not clear. Is there anyone built that . I like that cute small printerby bentech4u - Smart_Rap

HI no information? is it worth to start with this printerby bentech4u - Smart_Rap
HI, i would like to make smartrap and not getting any kind of assembly guide and updated stl files, If anyone one successfully completed assembling this, please send me or guide me with this Regards, Benby bentech4u - Smart_Rap
Thanks a lot, i have connected the FAN directly to 12 V and the jamming issue solved. again another 2 issues 1. the first layer is not correct(before for ABS also i had this issue and that got solved by increasing headbed heat) 2. total object is little slanting to Y MIN direction For the first issues, please find images, Also suggest my layers are correct or not For the second issue, iby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
i heated up to 240 and cleared all the ABS. and many times i cleaned the nozzle and eating barallel manually by opening it , again the same thing. heat sink on top of heating barallel is too hot, is that making an issue? anyway please find below pictures of jammed filamentby bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
Yes. Cooling fan is there. Mine is e3d v6 clone. But that cooling fan is not running always. Sometimes or during the print only it turns on. Is that normal behavior ?by bentech4u - Prusa i3 and variants
