I have my p3steel (with ramps1.4) since 3 or 4 years ago, and have always printed with the heatbed at 90C at most, mainly printing abs. A month ago I decided to test printing some abs with the bed at 100C and did a couple prints without any problem, but after that the heatbed struggles to even get past 80-85C. after reading some post here and in other places, this is what I have done to try to fby gerbo - Printing

thanks for the reply, I just changed DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE from { 300, 300, 5, 25 } to { 300, 300, 2, 25 } but nothing changed... I tried with 1 also, but nothing... by the way, is it normal that the second "go down" after touching the Z endstop, is at a different (much slower) speed than the first movement when clicking the z-home button? thanks for the advice migel. But I finally found whats wrong... embarrasing lol... I remember around the day it stopped working i had received some neodimium magnets, apparently at some moment (I dont remember when or why) i did put one of them on top of the 3dprinter (attached to the steel frame). Today looking at the printer and wondering what could be wrong, i have suddenly seen the magnet.by gerbo - General Mendel Topics

Yesterday I printed a couple models and everything was ok. today I was going to print something, I open pronterface, connect with the printer, and started heating the extruder and the hotbed and loaded a .gcoby gerbo - General Mendel Topics
