@usen Did you do a voltage divider?by KevinA - General
Quotenebbian NPN. No extra components required. When I was setting one up for a friend he was very nervous about having no extra components, so we put diode in series with the signal line of the sensor. This worked just fine. I'd avoid using a resistor voltage divider, because unless you understand what the pullups are doing inside the arduino chip, you can stop the signal making its way intoby KevinA - General
First your part number doesn't work: NO NPN LJ12A3-4-Z/BX BLUE NC NPN LJ12A3-4-Z/AX BLUE NC NPN LJ18A3-8-Z/AX BLUE NO NPN LJ18A3-8-Z/BX BLUE NC PNP LJ12A3-4-Z/AY ORANGE NO PNP LJ12A3-4-Z/BY ORANGE NC PNP LJ18A3-8-Z/AY ORANGE NO PNP LJ18A3-8-Z/BY ORANGE NO+NC PNP LJ18A3-8-Z/CY ORANGE Post the way you wired the voltage divider, depending on PHP or NPN the wiring is different. QuoteDust No Monetary switch mega has be powered on always ramps is directly connected to green ATX wire to the PS-ON, this is pulled low by the mega via gcode M80 ATX_Power_On M81 ATX Power Off That is a shame, looking forward to adding an on/off switch Quote look at the bottom left panel "Power". I am curious, on a PC there is a Monetary On/Off switch connected to the motherboard that signals the CPU to pull the green ATX wire to ground turning the ATX power supply on. On a RAMPS 1.4 where is the Monetary On/Off switch wired to? I tried to figure out the power on the RAMPS 1.4 to the Mega2560 but the schematics I have must need a magic decoder ring to read. The RAMPS 1.4 has 7 connectorby KevinA - RAMPS Electronics
Head Explode! Rumba has an ATMega2560 16AU V3 100 pin device, the numbers listed above appear to be for devices with many pins less. Is there a spreadsheet with the 100 pin devices? Thanks I'm trying to verify pin mappings - TQFP deviceby KevinA - General
I have a 3DP11, yes the lead screws were bent so bad you couldn't roll them, they would stop, 30 minutes to beat them straight enough to test with. I'm wondering if my controller is anything like what you have built for: MKS Base V1.3 with A4988 drivers on the PCB it says MKS V1.3 (board is black or very dark not red, the MKS Base V1.3 red board appears to have MPX 3 on the PCB but I can't tellby KevinA - Prusa i3 and variants
