Hi, Finally I replaced the original board from prusa i3 with reprap board. I Installed latest marlin firmware from git, and on c the pronterfce application. All tweaks, homing and tuneup on axis and feeder are OK. +/- .0. 1 10 mm are fine. All good, except few things. The board works only if Is powered from it's power supply and the USB plugged to a 5V USB power or computer. Printing several mby comarius - Reprappers
The X Home Max was reporting triggered. Long story short: I jump-ered the X min stopper, and plugged the left X switch stopper to Max x stopper, and now Home homes to left (X), bottom (Z), forward (Y).by comarius - Prusa i3 and variants
QuoteDust See for your answer. Sorry I have to quote this. In the image refereed here the wiring to the steppers is wrong. Worst is that this image or similar images are all over. Motors wires, red-blue wires should go to one coil, and red-black to second and they should be measured on the motor connectors. Mine Nema17 are 1-4 and 3-6 for example. Hi, The right carriage had to be filled, horizontal guiding rods to move freely into left right carriage. I moved the stoppers on the inside so the belt wont bent the vertical ones. Now leveling works and right motor does not lose steps. Still feeding is still a problem. Sometime during print is either to much either too less.
