Is this all probe points or just some that it fails on? Does it go through the motions of probing?

When calibrating for the first time you should increase the dive height (M558 H parameter) temporarily to make sure that the probe can reach the bed. This is covered at [duet3d.dozuki.com].

It's normal for the trigger light to illuminate sometimes while printing, because of the high sensitivity of the nozzle contact probe, and it doesn't cause any problems.

Thank you FA-MAS. It does go through the all motion of probing and only few of them fail to touch the bed.

What value of H parameter I should have in order to have the G32 command probe all points ?

Estimate it, watch the points where it doesn’t trigger and gauge it. If it looks like you only need 2 mm, add 2. More or less it’s up to what you see.

Something is not right. I changed H parameter from H5 to 7 ,9 , 12 , 14 , 16 and I still have 6 to 13 points not probing the bed.
Now the G30 is not touching the bed , is just going up 16mm

I wonder if it’s the wiring. Maybe it’s losing connection at certain spots? I would think of your machine is built as accurate as it is, you shouldn’t see very much deviation between the points. It’s gotta be something else. My bet is wiring.

I’d start with replacing the probe wiring between the effector and Duet.

When I start the printer for the first time G 30 and G 32 are faine. I was able to calibrate with the bed.g you sent me. I don't know what is going on. Thank you for your help

I'm not sure what else to chase, maybe dc42 has some suggestions.

Only other thing I can think of is to choose one of the points where probing fails and try to probe it individually and watch it to see how it acts.

Are you getting any error messages? Is the green light on the effector flashing before the nozzle touches the bed? Can you link to a video of it?

I do have a big issue with the Fan Duct for my Smart Effector. I tried this fun ducts but none of them are fitting in the right position. The fan Is blowing on the heater block.I do have the E3D V6 Hotend

That’s exactly why I made my own version. I modeled everything in CAD and saw that before I built. I saw that exact issue. I’ll link you to my fan duct when I get to a computer.

You'll want both the effector-fan-bracket and the 40-mm-fan-duct.

A note about the fan duct, I dislike assembling using captive hex nuts or having to use a wrench. So it's designed to be used with heat set inserts. Specifically these.

Both have their own tabs at the bottom. Once you're on one of them, on the left side under parts, right click the part and then choose export.
Export it as stl and leave the settings as they are, and make sure the options box at the bottom says download.
It should download the stl for you to use.

On the parts you have only 40mm fan duct and fan output. No effector-fan-bracket. Can you please share the link for it ? Thank you

On your calibration video it looks like it always triggers prematurely at one or two point at the left hand edge of the bed. Does the green LED flash when it does that? If yes, then you have set the Smart Effector trigger sensitivity too high. If no then you probably have a bad crimp connection in the output pin of the wire that connects to the 8-way connector.

I noticed that too, and it seems from the web interface that it doesn't report an issue at any of the points (eg. probe not triggered message). So it must think it successfully triggered.

Edit: Looking back at your config.g, it looks like you're using default settings for the probe. I'm using the same settings and it's ok. I'm still betting on a bad crimp/cable.

Exacto knife or a small flat head screwdriver to push down the little tabs in the pins as you pull them out of the connector.
