I have reprap prusa i3 and RepetierHost. Is this enough or do I need to install some kind of driver also? Or is RepetierHost the driver?

You need the USB driver for your printer installed in Windows (if that's what you use). If the driver is installed you will see a COM port in device manager.

You should set the baud rate to match the printer and set the COM port to Auto so that it detects the COM port on the printer.

No, sorry, I forgot to tell that I use Linux Mint 17.
Where do I find the driver and what is it called?

Install the arduino software, this will install the usb driver.

under linux just open up a consol and cat -f /var/log/messages (or syslog, what ever your distro uses)

Then plug in the usb cable, it will tell you what it does with it

It should create a serial device for you.

If not then you need to identify your electronics and what usb 2 serial chip it uses and go from there
