Hello All I cannot get the host to play a wave file for the end of print. I load the location of the wave file but when I try to test play it the host crashes. Any ideas? GeckospotNixieby GeckospotNixie - RepRap Host
Thanks for all the input and help guys. I now have some time so here is more information for all. I'm using ABS with the extruder temp of 225c and have a heated bed running at 90c. And this is what I'm getting. So is the bed to hot or not hot enough? It is sounding to me the only way out of the issue is to use a fan. GeckospotNixieby GeckospotNixie - General
Ok the problems that I’m fighting are the corners roll up. I have tried all the thing that I can think of so it is time to ask all of you. If you look at photo Clip1 and Clip2 you can see the back corner is rolling up. And the final print is in Clip3. More photo of the issue It is really hard to see in these photos of Base1 and 2 but the lower arc rolled up. In the final Base3 and 4 of the partby GeckospotNixie - General

Hello All I have a MendelMax 1.5 from 3Dprintertek.com. Here is the issue. It will be printing away just fine and then randomly the Z axis will just jump up 2 to 5mm and print in the air. For example it printed up to 5mm then is will move up to the next layer but it will move up 3mm and start printing in air. It will do this with any file that I have tried. Hey John I'm not that far along yet. Had some issues with the smooth rod not being the right size. But Angelica and Eric over at 3dprintertek.com got it all stranded out in less that 24hr! They are good people to work with. So got the Y axis rod installed last night. So moving forward. I take my time on things like this. Building is sometimes the most fun.
