I have made it work with my printer by using this serial-tcp bridge: the latency is relatively low about 1-3 ms when pinging. for level shifting i used a pair of and gates, because I couldn't find some cd4050 printed lots of things so far, without failing connections.by Duality - Developers
Hey all! I have an enoying problem since this afternoon my printer stops in mid print, but always on the same spot! I tried different gcode but the same thing always happens. I know it happens only on the perimeter is because if i print a solid test object, the inside is nicely layed down and filled. i have 3 vertical shels. and only the outside perimeter experiences this issue. i see thanks for the reply ! i have encountered the problem of the filament not going into the hotend though. so i gues i'll have to make my own cone in it it's aluminium ? Greetings, Dualityby Duality - General
hey i love the merlin hotend design ! it's way cheaper (from where i am located) to get a merlin hotend. with the added advantage of the screw on nozle. I don't want to complain! but have you taken a look at the E3D and how they fasten the ntc ? wouldn't that be possible with a merlin hotend? also i don't know if it's a big issue though. but the topend of the merlin hotend.
