I did not test it, in fact I did not even put on the rasp128 I got, I have to rewire in 24V set up a control box with all my electronics and im kind of busy with something else those days. I got to find the time to do that soon.
DVR8825 are not very good, if you can you should avoid them, specially if you have a delta, everything that do slow and short movement.

radds provide power, you just need to enter your 24V or 12V into the 2 connector , check the wiring instruction

I dont know if its important but in s3d are you build volume and offset are right ? also when creating a process make sure its alright there too..
Probably straight forward for cartesian but build volume for delta its weird in simplify you need to use Diameter X 0.707, that give the radius of the number you need to enter
is slic3r is doing the same ?

Elmo_C got a graphic lcd working on a duet with RRF firmware , off course he using some kind of serial adaptor but since we already have the lcd pinout expose is there a easy way to port his software work into the radds using the ldc pin we have ? Replacing his serial connection with the LCD pin directly on the Due? it is only a replacing the pinout in the firmware or its go further then that?

Check the radds post too, lot of us will have interest and already have the lcd , we already have the display pinout figure out since radds can use marlin and repetier and the graphic lcd already work on those , all we need really is the software part of it for RRF, so we can beta test your software like right now without any extra connector needed. Its nice to have a extend pulse now. One more step into the multiple hardware adaptation of RRF, I hope one day we will just need to add something in config to select Radds/Due or Duet or whatever board instead of going to multiple branch of the RRF and you two can work together pushing RRF further instead of redoing the code for a different board each version.
Im still with dvr8825 right now b

Question about octoprint with RRF : is it possible to update the configuration file on the SD card from it ?
@++
Nope, but once set you dont change the config all the time, plus you can enter the change you need in terminal and it will apply but will reset to the config.g on sd card once you reboot the radds, its useful to change thing on the fly or try need setting.

The Dir orientation is good ?
Did you activate the longer pulse thing in repetier config ? the dvr8825 need it if you want to be able to go faster than 5000 (if I remember) , without the longer pulse or longer space between them, lot of thing can happen like you ask 100mm and its give you 50mm cause it missing pulse.
Plus if you on radds/due now.. why not try reprap firmware its a must on the r

I use my tablet to print all the time via an octorprint app or via the browser , the thing is you kinda need an octorpint or a pc hook up to the radds, then you control that octoprint/pc with the tablet... unless of course you can hook a 8266 wifi and mod the radds firmware to allow duet web UI, then you wont need a octoprint or pc.

If its not that hard to do , it could be a great thing... onboard wifi will make the duet web interface compatible with the radds, so you get best of both.. a duet with more stepper and output and with modular stepper... the new duet is cool, a least they replace the 1/16 micro step but its still solder on the board so no changing the driver there.
Plus the new board have a camera port... maybe

Mine is a original due r3-E by arduino.org ( only 2 made the original , arduino.cc and arduino.org) came in a arduino carton box, you can see the picture on they website I guess, Bought it on robotshop.ca
Sorry but I dont want to remove it from the radds to take picture. but my reset button is grey and all my arduino pin connector are also grey.
You just got unlucky I guess, your the first one

I think the problem will be you wont be allow to use the native to connect to the due, send gcode and stuff more than wont be able to flash it. In my case I flash on programming port ( still need to hit erase) and communicate with native.
Your board must be a clone I guess, if its not and you pay a good amount for it ( pay mine 50$ Cad) this is unacceptable and should ask for a refund.

Success!
My due with erase_button problems now is talking through the native port.
I had to unsolder the erase button and pull_down the erase input pin to GND.
Windows 8.1 shows an exclamation mark for the newly shown "arduino Due" device.
I installed the latest RADDS1.13 firmware together with dc42's USB-CDC drivers and Bingo.
Now the Board registers as Duet and communicates with p

Dan, thermostatic fan control is not completely working in version 1.13 of my parent repo, so probably not in your RADDS build either. I plan to correct this tomorrow in release 1.13a.
Just checking: Does that mean this would not work (in my config.g) if I upgraded:
M106 P0 T60 H1
I'd recently been reading about this feature (updating the firmware off the SD direclty), so

OK, I added a new setting to that same branch (Use relative paths for SD select). It's under "Settings"->"Features", look for the RepRap Firmware tag.
To pick up that new change do this (assumes octopi image):

I tried to switch my octopi to the dev branch to get the RRF modification eric was talking about and its not there... Maybe I did something wrong... here what I did
First I follow the instruction in eric link and it update my octopi image to the recent stable one ( I was still on a old one)
so I figure you need to be in dev branch to have that maybe, so I switch to dev branch doing that :

I order 5 and will finally ( lets hope) get rid of that circle problem on my print cause by the low current zone of the DVR8825 and as a bonus I will finally be able to change my power to 24V (24V give worst c

So you saying your native port is called bossac in your windows manager ? Its should be call that only when you press the Erase button on the board, check if your erase button is stuck or something.

Do you have a arduino R3 or R3-E ? The r3 have a boot up problem kinda, you need to hit reset after you power up the board.
You should use the native port to communicate with the firmware and it should be using 250000 unless there a problem with your host that require lower bault, (octoprint work 250000 here no problem)
The SD card should be fat32 I guess and you need the folder sys and gcode,

If you are sure you flash your due with the proper RADDS bin and it flash OK you should be able to send/receive command IF your config.g configuration is OK and you have a proper wiring completed.
First you have to hook your native USB ( the one under the sd card) and com with it at 2500000.
You config.g need cleanup its a delta so here a sample of mine to help you start, check what I remove (

There is a auto bed leveling with reprap firmware in fact is one of the best. The support is small for reprap firmware but have active user and DC42 is always active and ready to help with firmware, same with dan newman who port it on the radds board. The firmware is really easy to edit no need to flash everytime , you flash one time and edit a .txt with settings you want in the sd card.

M190 and M109 under reprap firmware are kinda no longer support, they should work ( its working here with octoprint) but other user recommend to use M116 for reprap firmware
There no way to have length to individual rods, anyway your rods should be all the same, if there not its a mechanical problem you need yo fix, not a software thing.
Use THIS to calibrate your printer, that will give you an

M190 and M109 are working fine, you think the program disconnect because you dont see anything moving in terminal anymore but it just because the firmware Pause and Resume when reach the temperature, Try a M109 S50 the pause will be shorter and you will see it resume after 50C.
We had a discussion about this in the RADDS is stable thread in "controller" check it out its the last 2-3 page.

I try the full metal type, I pick them from robodigg, they are kinda pricey and maybe a little bit more heavy but they hold very good so far, plus its full metal so no need to worry if put them into an heated enclosure. I use the normal blue plastic one from the roll to the extruder cause this one see no pressure really or heat.

If its a connection/board thing I cant help you anymore , im a radds user not a duet one. But yeah like koko76 said check your endstop connection also double check all your connection, check the board for short, bad solder and thing like that too, you never know.

What happen if you press one endstop and call a M119 ? do you have the same disconnect ? If its all good , try that on all endstop so we know endstop are OK and working and that something else causing the problem.
