Hi everyone. I want to add some specs to this interface. I want to reshape the interface. I want to change a few parts of this interface. Can I rearrange this interface and make it personel? If yes howby Levent - General
hello there, can you show your work for look up to test what have you written so we can examine and find what's need to be done.by Levent - RepRap Host
Hello, I'm using megatronics v2 with repetier firmware. I have used config tool on website. One of my 100k thermistors are broken. It's on extruder. Now I have k type thermocouple and I have wired but it says when connect with the host temp sensor defect error. I want to connect the k type thermistor on my Mendelmax. What am I supposed to do. I have tried temperature sensor pin 4 and AD597 for seby Levent - Repetier
I got megatronics v2 with repetier firmware. And I have tried your solution but still the same error appears. It says; 22:46:09.903 : extruder 0: temp sensor defect 22:46:09.903 : heated bed: working 22:46:09.906 : Errorrinter set into dry run mode until restart! this. I have used analog pin 4 and AD595 and this message appears. I'm trying to use k type thermocouple. :/by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Thanks for the replies. That looks more complex than I expect I think. I'll be read your messages and try to connect it with your helpings.by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Thanks for reply my friend. Actually when my 100 k thermistor was broken I need tochange it with k type thermocouple on extruder. I'm using repetier and I think I need to select that type on the config tool on repetier website for the firmware but I just dont have any idea what will I choose or which code that I'm going to add or change on firmware.by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. Hi, names Levent. We are working on a science project. I'm just wandering that if you can help us to select which is right for firmware we'll be greatful. Extruder: MK8 with k type thermo couple and standart red cable extruder heater also with 0.2 mm nozzle. Heatbed: standart 12 volt mk2b or mk3 Motors: 0.9 degree standart nema steppers 2.4 amper Rods: m5 or m8 standart roby Levent - Repetier
Thanks for reply. I'll look and try this night. As I see I need to change firmware's thermal codes like yours. Thanks.by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Thanks for the reply Nudel. You have been really helpful.by Levent - General
Thank you for repply. I have tested a few types of thermocouples on repetier config tool but all I see 500 degrees or -40/-48 degrees on host.I'm gonna try something else but I have to choose the right model of thermocouple on repetier for k type thermocouple.by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Hi. We are work on a big printer using h bot mecha. system. Can you offer me a few ideas about heat bed. We are desiging it which's printsize will be 50*50*50. Can we use 4 mk2/3 heatbed for it?by Levent - General
Hi I just want to know what's called this thermocouple on repetier config tool. I mean 100k thermistor is epcos100k... so I got k type and I havent seen it there.by Levent - Firmware - mainstream and related support
Hi how can I get 100 micron or 50 micron printings? What am I supposed to use? I'm building a custom 3d printer and I want to use best extrusion system. I'm gonna use 1.75 mm ABS filament with which nozzle and extruder system? Can I get 100 micron with MK7 or what do you suggest? Thanks.by Levent - General
Hi. As you know Mendelmax can scale to any size . I need a printer which can print 50*50*50. What do you suggest for frame, electronics and other stuff? How can I create this printer?by Levent - General
Hey guys I have a question: I have wired only one motor on z axis and change the step stick driver on z axis and the motor is new and cables are ok. When I press home Z, the motor makes sound a little bit and before finish homing motor rotates finally BUT AT THE BEGINNING JUST MAKES SOUND. MOTOR ROTATES AT LAST A FEW SECONDS BUT DOESNT ROTATE FROM BEGINNING? What is thatby Levent - General
Thanks for the reply brnrd. I can rotate the rod and the motor when the power is off. Motor is new. And wiring is ok. I just don know what is the perfect current. I'm accelerating the current but curious about the motor. So ı cant accelerate more. Maybe that can solve my problem but I think I have accelrated much enough. Is there something else I can try?by Levent - General
Here is the helpful video of the my printer. This video can help you to solve problem easily:by Levent - General
2) I havent measured the vref and the current on the motor driver or motor if someone help me how to measure them maybe that can be my problem too. I can re set the current of the z axis. I have StepStick Driver: STEPSTICK8825 - you can check it from here:by Levent - General
1)These are not my config but I have no idea what value must be done for my printer. If you can help me that maybe this can cause proble as I search on this forum. #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {15.6302,15.6302,760,760*1.1} #define DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE {500, 500, 1, 25} #define DEFAULT_MAX_ACCELERATION {9000,9000,100,10000} My config.h file on pastebin:by Levent - General
Hi I have Mendelmax 1.5 with Megatronics v2.0 running with Marlin firmware. Everything is fine except one of the z axis motor. When I run printrun to test homing, axises I see that one of the z axis motor is not working good enough. Sometimes it cant rotate. Everything (include the config.h, motor itself, assembly, wiring, accelerate the current of the motor) is fine. But when I play with the curby Levent - General
I just need to know is there a short cut on the motor cables I mean not on wires(wiring) the cable that connected between electronic card and motor cable. 4 pin colored cable. Because mine has a short cut. I have measured it with multimeter. The green and black cables. Is it supposed to be like this? Motor s are good by the way.. Thanks rogerclark.by Levent - General
Hi. First of all you need to connect with "250 000" Baud Rate. Change it and lets see what will happen next. Thanks.by Levent - General
Hi everyone; On my z axes one motor is moving well (going upstairs and downstairs). But the other one isnt moving. My homing positions are X- Y+ and Z- I have tried; - I have wired only the motor that doesnt work on the electronic card and tried like that and it wanted the rotate but couldnt - I have wired only the motor that doesnt work to the other z axes pin on the electronic card and againby Levent - General
Dear stephenrc; My supplier is using the x axes belt like this. I have no more information. Everytime when I search the internet I see the belt is connected under the carrier but when I saw the photo of working printer like this actually I havent understood. I dont know but I see the height differences between the carrier and z axes plastics for the x axes timing belt. And physically I can onlyby Levent - General
I think maybe it's about the heat bed position. #define Y_MAX_POS 205 my heat bed can move only 14 cm. It's about the wood plate. There isn't any standart on the codes. I'll try to fix the code. Maybe it can work.by Levent - General
I just want to ask a question. The y axes is actually working but when I press home button iy moves too much to the endstop and crashes. I have turned clockwise it's motor driver but it hasnt work for y although it has worked for x. Same connections. Same settings. How can I make y to move that it can only reach endstop then stop ?by Levent - General
Here is the x axes;by Levent - General
Dear tjb1; Thanks for reply. I have captured all the videos from behind. I have no idea what's going on to this printer because I'm learning new. I know I need to learn too much. I have finally made the x axes work, endstop too. But still I need to make y and z work. I have learned too many things about assembly. Ofcourse not perfect but still keep learning and searching. Also I know English a lby Levent - General
No. Still stuck. I've put a few videos of the printer on youtube. The supplier is working on it too but hasnt made yet.by Levent - General
