Dear All ,
I need your help... I am working on a project that require following sequence of activities:
1- DC motor is installed with a index sensor on its wheel
2- We have an XY table that moves with a gcode command
3- When DC motor complete one revolution and in contact with the sensor (SENSOR ON) i want the XY table to sudden pause
4- As soon the sensor is OFF is not in contact with the wheel

Firmware - Marlin
In addition to the above attached pls see the existing parameters settings of my Delta Printer. There are two types of parameters: a) Towers Position Correction and b) Tower radius corrections. Can you pls tell:
1- Should i print the Hexagon keeping the existing parameters of my Delta Printer ( attached image)
2- What is "L" in the Excel sheet and how can i measure it?

Dear,
Thanks for sharing your work with rest of us. Do you have any video showing the calibration process. I am using Marlin Firmware for my Delta Printer. I used autocalibration with inductive proximity probe and i am getting the part size slight bigger then the CAD model for example presently i use scale factor of 0.974 for X axis and 0.96 for Y axis in slicer software.
I will be happy to see a

It looks like like line buffer under-run, i.e. small cpu resources for the requested task.
Try to lower DELTA_SEGMENTS_PER_SECOND to 100 or may be even to 80.
It should help if I'm right.
also lower the refresh rate of SMART GRAPHIC DISPLAY

I think at the end of run, you have to store the values in EEPROM i think using m500... But EEPROM storage must be enabled inside Marlin sketch..

1- Slow down the refresh rate of Graphical LCD..I am using 5 second...
Try this - reduce the DELTA_SEGMENTS_PER_SECOND to 80 in your firmware

Hi,
I don't know whether this is done in contemporary software's or not. The idea is is this possible to make a program that can take care of minute details with spitting out Gcode for low layer height/width and for maximum nozzle layer for the areas where no details needed. Sorry for bad English hope u understand.
When we do laser scanning we use small calibration panel to catch the details and

2- Wiring heatbed thermistor to T0 on RAMPS1.4
3- Wiring Extruder heating element to D10 on RAMPS
4- Wiring extruder thermisitor to T1 on RAMPS
5- Where to wire extruder FAN for PID control?
I will be using latest marlin firmwar

Inspiring work.. I am also in fabrication phase of the Delta printer. I ordered linear rails and electronics from China. I will closely look your progress on the delta. Autodesk invetor is a good software to work with. Post bundles of pictures.

i CNC machined cooling fan holder from 1mm Aluminum, bend it, mounted the fan and all things goes well in assembling as desired. The cooling fan shall cool the stepper motors controller cards mounted on the RAMPS 1.4.
