Hi, I must print a model in PLA material with PVA ATLAS as support material. My problem is that PVA does not adhere on PLA. I tried to change speeds, temperature and fans parameters but non result. How can i print PVA with PLA? Thanksby DapDeveloper - Printing
Hi, I want to implement a filament sensor system for my marlin based 3d Printer. I think to use an encoder to detect if the filament moves when i call E AXIS movement gcode.(G0-G1). My problem is to know when the movement was done. I tried to check using planner.blocks_queued()==false condition but works only when the queue is empty. Any ideas? Thanksby DapDeveloper - Developers

Yes, i have calibrated my extruder. The problem is that i have printed 4 of this model and are equal.by DapDeveloper - Printing
Grazie.by DapDeveloper - Problemi e qualità di stampa
Hi, I have a marlin based 3d printer. My printer use the coreXY system. I tried to print this model using ABS and i have this problem: - The first layers are ok but in middle the print are deformed. I'm using this temperature configuration: - BED 110° - NOZZLE 225° - FAN OFF Any ideas? Thanksby DapDeveloper - Printing
Hi, i have a dual extruder printer with marlin firmware. The problem is when i use the 2th extruder. After call change tool gcode (T1) and call the gcode "G92 E0" the printer lose position and go randomy (XY). I tried to change the function gcode_G92() changing the call sync_plan_position_e() to sync_plan_position() but when i print cylinders the layers are shifted in xy. Any ideas? thanks,by DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, thanks for the answer. I have a printer with 2 extruder on X axis. The problem is when the function gcode_G92() call the function sync_plan_position_e(), i tried to remove this call and work.by DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, thanks for the answer. My problem is that gcode_g92() call the function sync_plan_position_e(). I have a dual extruder printer and when i use the second extruder and i call the function G92 the printer lose position and don't move correctly.by DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, someone who are working with marlin firmware know what do this functions: - sync_plan_position_e(); - sync_plan_position(); - SYNC_PLAN_POSITION_KINEMATIC() Thanksby DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
I noted that the Y AXIS don't move and only X axis go left hitting the endstop(I stopped the macchine using Emergystop). And if i change tool and i do normal movements (XYZ) is all right but if i call G92 E0 the problem start.by DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
Any fix for this problem? Thanksby DapDeveloper - Delta Machines
Hi, I control my printer using Marlin firmware. I have a dual extruder printer if i print using the first extruder (T0) is all right but if i change extruder using gcode (T1) the machine lose position and go crazy(random). I suppose that the problem is in the gcode_T() function but i don't know where . Someone who are using this firmware can give me a help? Thanksby DapDeveloper - Firmware - Marlin
I resolved this problem using the time generated by the slicer. Is not very accurate but is good for now. Thanks.by DapDeveloper - Developers
Hi, I'am developing a PC host software to control my Marlin based printer. I need to calculate the estimate printing time from a file generated with Simplify3D or other slicers. The informations that Simplify3D insert in upper of file are too poor, there are informations about speed and nozzle diameter but nothing about model dimensions so i don't know how to calculate the estimated total printinby DapDeveloper - Developers
I just finished the printing with accelerations/2 , nothing change...by DapDeveloper - Printing
Hi, thanks for the answer. I tried to change the motors, the board and the drivers, nothing change. I also tried to cut the model in two parts to print only the upper , and the result is good (no shift layer). The main difference between the two files are: 1. The dimension of the file (quantity of informations) 2. Printing time I just tried to cancel the initial gcode lines and print only theby DapDeveloper - Printing
Hi, I have built a 3D Printer based on CoreXY system. I tried to print some test models , like cubes, cylinders, etc. and all models are right, but when i tried to print a more complex model i noticed a layer shift at 45° degress. The left model is printed with the same printer but layer height 0.3 , the right model with layer height 0.1. Any ideas? Thanks.by DapDeveloper - Printing
