Hi, I am having troubles printing some Mendel part. My problem is in the printed parts there are infilled areas, I tried lots of Slic3r setting, but I can't solve this problem, what could cause this? I've got an other problem, I printed an z-motor holder, and I can see throught that. Please help solve this problem. Thanks Slic3r settings: Layer height = 0.2mm Fill densiby markmotor - Printing
Thank you guys for helping I hope richrap's setting instructions will solve my problemby markmotor - General
When I printing a 4cm long and 3cm tall object and I set the temp to 240C it start printing but after the first 5 layer the temp goes down to about 210C and the extruder can't pull the filament, what could cause this Im using Pronterface?by markmotor - General
I set the steppers load so they don't get hotter. I checked the wade's walls and if I remove the hot-end I can push thru the filament easy and the cold part is good. If I print the ABS on bigger temp will it easier to push thru the filament?by markmotor - General
Hi, I've got an Prusa printer with Wades's extruder. When I start printing it can print the first layers very well, but it print the other layers with bigger speed and the hobbed bolt can't push the filament into the hot-end and it just spinning, if I tighten the springs hard the motor heat up very fast. I'm using NEMA 17 motors and printing on about 235C. I don't know what need to do, i hope anby markmotor - General
Hi I know what was the problem, I have an MK2a heated bed and I solder the wires to the connector places on the other sides too, so I made an short circuit. Thank guys for helpingby markmotor - Controllers
I already solder one of the red wires to the 10W resistor and the other end a black wire in the PSU.by markmotor - Controllers
I measured 0,4ohm on the heated bed, what could cause this, bad soldering or the bed is faulty somewhere? How can i check it?by markmotor - Controllers
Hi , I've got an 550W ATX PC power supply and I changed it like this: . If I turn on the heated bed on RAMPS 1.4 the PSU is turn off, and this is the same problem if I connect it directly to the PSU. My question is what is the reason, why is this happens? The PSU can provide 22A on the 12V rail. Everything works fine just the heated bed turns off the PSU. I don't know what need to do, i hope anyoby markmotor - Controllers
Thank you guys for helping. I know what was the problem i set everything good in Slic3r but i click to export STL instead export G-code and after that i load the STL to the Pronterface.by markmotor - RAMPS Electronics
Hi, I've got an Prusa printer with Ramps 1.4 and Sprinter. If i connect to Pronterface i can manually heat up the hot-end to 230 C but if i start printing, Pronterface wait until the hotend cool down to 197C and start printing ,but the ABS can't melt and the extruder can't extrude. I set the hotend's temp in the Pronterface and in the Slic3r but it isn't help. I don't know what need to do, i hopeby markmotor - RAMPS Electronics
