I raise the hotend It extrudes ok calibrated. As soon as I start a print it's not extruding, the wade gear does seem very slow, all I get is some small blobs. I switched stepper pcb also increased z height still no change. I'm using marlin & repetier. any advice on what could be the cause.

I'm trying to calibrate z axis 4000 gives me accurate movement
using marlin firmware changing Z to 4000, test without using z home I can increment up and down 10mm a click in repetier. As soon as I home, the motors jam with a continuous noise, as if they are trying to turn but cant. after using emergency stop only way I can rehome is to lower z steps
3100 homes ok
3200 jammed

I had to cut a hole to put the bolt through the tensioner, The head is not locked from spinning as the printed hole is cylindrical. I dont have any m6 till tomorrow, Thats using a 60mm m4 bolt 36mm long spring. It should be ok. till I can print spare parts my other concern is the plastic pulley, the gap is big quite large, there is not much flange to stop the belt coming off. even if I pack

Hi I am assembling a p3steel printer, using these printed parts P3STEEL
Bearing printed parts I have 4 of these 2 have teeth included 623zz bearings, Problem is I can only fit bearings on two of them.
If I tried forcing bearings into the other two, They would split the hole is 9mm the bearing is 10mm according to my calipers.
The listing on ebay only shows three, one for the Y idler and t

I googled synchromesh, found a gearbox. sdp-si.com
A video on youtube of a pcb plotter using fishing line, directly on the shaft of some nema's. I may have to try that sometime, instead add a rubber lined pulley for grip

I have a p3steel direct from Orballo website from spain that is version 2.0 I've ended up stripping my frame. Firstly because a non-slip mat stuck to it like glue, attempting to remove that destroyed the paint. It's not galvanized, After chemical stripping, rust formed within minutes of touching water. seems I have it under control after drying on a radiator. there is some filing / sanding before

All the videos I have watched, some are just using a couple 12v wires to ramps. Others have grouped all the yellows / blacks and spliced into larger guage wires.
each yellow wire maybe 2 amps, yellows are 22A in total, does it not matter if I go over the 11A or 5A on the ramps.
I want to use power cord live neutral outut connector block mounted inside atx psu
my heatbed is mk2b wired for 12v

I read somewhere that powering the heatbed through the ramps, supposedly the green connectors are not rated for the amps. (fire hazard)
Somebody stated to seperate colour / use all the wires, or the current is not enough.
My psu 450W it has a switch

I will avoid them, last thing I need is broken perspex, my only reason behind buying a whole kit was It's all there in one.
truth is I have a graber i3 everything except Borosilicate Glass and some clamps. It's not beginner friendly sparse documentation. I had to drill the 3.5mm to 4mm, M3 was to small.
There are a number of reasons why I fell out finishing the graber i3.

I have a Graber i3 Laser cut mdf frame, This is apparently a list of parts I need to finish. I tried converting in/mm, I'm not sure what metric equivalents I'm looking for, regarding rods / bolts / nuts / washers. There is not much information about building this 3d printer.
Threaded rods 5/16" x 2" (y-belt idler) (Qty) - 2 5mm x 11.5" (Z-Axis) (Qty) - 2
