Success!!! Thanks for the advice!
See attached.
The Brace support on the left was the first print.
The two on the right were the second print.
As shown, the one on the left, and, the lower on the right had blobs of filament on them
Is this too much filament?

Changed to .4 nozzle because many of the attached are needed.
Tried layer heights from .16 to .6. No luck.
The printer tries to print layer 1 again and again.
Z axis does not move.

OK, back on line. Same problem.
How to change feed rate in Cura 4?
Also, what in the attached setting is causing a 5 hour print?

On hold for a while. Need to replace hot end
Plugged between heater and cooling piece.
There is a gap filled with filament. No way to clean.

Yes, the nozzle is set to .05.
As stated above: The attached was printed with 230, 60, .05 nozzle, speed 50mm, layer height .16.

Here is the latest. See attached.
230, 60, .05 nozzle, speed 50mm, layer height .16.
The .04 is plugged. One problem is during warmup, the filament coils up on the nozzle.
Also, when nozzle hot, spring compressed, can not push filament through nozzle.
Have the feeling something is wrong with the extruder. Does not seem to feed the filament correctly.
Going to take it apart and see if anything is

Thanks for the replies. Been busy building a woodworking shop.
The device manager does not show a com port. It appeared in the past as com1.
Nozzle is .04. Multiplier is 114%
Using PETG at 240. Tried to print a temp tower, no luck.
Will check nozzle for blockage.
Will try 1.6 at 230 and see what happens.
Thanks again for the suggestions,

Having problems.
1 W10 does not recognize Ender 3. It is connected via USB cable. W10 recognized it previously. Using micro USB.
2 I use Fusion 360 to design parts. When the .stl file loads into Cura 4, an error message reads the gcode is wrong.
Any ideas appreciated.

I simply do not understand how to make changes in the Settings menu.
The only change that can be made is in Materials.
How is the infill density changed?
Top and bottom thickness.
See attached.

Printing
Yes, I meant .4.
When going to settings, only change that can be made is in materials.
Neither speed or layer height are there.
How do I get Cura 4 to change those settings?

Changed nozzle to 1mm. Not concerned with appearance so much as strength and faster printing time. Have many to print.
Problem now is the Z axis does not move.
Assuming layer height is the problem.
How is layer height changed in Cura 4?
And, is layer height really the problem?
Z axis worked with .04 nozzle.

It's the default.
Can not change.
See attached photo.
Problem solved.
Chose a different supplier.
Found one with 235c.
This did not work.
Created a custom temp setting.
So far, it is running.
Thanks for your help.

Found temperature in materials.
However, it can not be changed.
The temp is set at 215c as default.
Any ideas?

My apologies! I thought I mentioned earlier that it was an Ender 3.
Same as photo except mine is V1.1.3
If the photo does not come through... I tried.

The board does not blink when using 'Blink'.
My understanding is it is a port problem.
Current port setting = #define SERIAL_PORT 1
If so, how is this solved.

As before W10 and Cura say the com port is 14.
Configuration.h will not accept this.

Any help appreciated.

Well, this presents another problem that was posted earlier in another post.
The PC accepts the printer when the USB cable is connected, as does Cura.
Control Panel list the printer as COM PORT 14 as does Cura.
However when trying send a print with Cura, Cura prompts to save the print.
Therefor, all printing is sent to a micro SD card.
Also, Arduino says it needs Sanguino installed.

Leveled the bed perfectly.
Then raised the Z axis 4mm.
Sent a print to the printer.
The Z axis moved down perfectly on the bed.
The Z end stop was not depressed.
X and Y axis worked OK.
Z axis never moved.
The Z axis moves when using the menu.
How do you flash the firmware?

Thanks for replying.
Bed is as low as it can go.
OK, adjusted Z stop.
Nozzle, at home is about 1mm.
Bed is at 80c.
Adjusted all corners the same.
Rechecked the corners.
Sent a print to the printer.
Nozzle is at about 1mm.
However, the Z axis is sitting firmly on the Z end stop.
The X and Y axis work properly.
However, there is no way the Z axis can work while it is sitting on the Z end stop.

Apologize for delay. Went to visit Daughter and family.
My Instructions for Auto Home and setting the bed height.
Using the LCD select home after home is complete. Did this.
Select move axis Did this. However, the nozzle is lower than the glass. Raised the nozzle.
Select Z-Axis : Lower the nozzle slowly with a piece of paper on the bed, Lower until the paper is pinched if the number for Z-Axis i

I'm not!
Selecting 'Home All' works.
Then, the leveling of the bed goes fine.
However, when starting the print, the nozzle grinds in the heated bed.
