When I setup my HBOT, I had this kind of problem too. Its a bit too hard to explain exactly the way to get it right the first time but what you can do is this:
Plug in one motor backwards and see what changes (make sure motors are OFF before removing and plugging back in).
If that does not work, swap the motor plugs and see what happens.
Then flip the other motor plug backwards. Ev

I have exactly same problem. I select Mixing extruder, I add 2nd extruder and two extruders begin to work together at the same time. And after a short time one blocks the other. Is there anything that we must do at slicing or add any special gcode to the start?

There is another workaround. You can still use the new versions of Arduino like 1.6.10.
Rename fpos_t variables in SdBaseFile.h and SdBaseFile.cpp to another name like fpos_t1 and recompile. Problem is in C++ you can not use typedef and struct for the same varibale name.
fpos_t is already defined in stdio.h which is a hardware library file for arduino.

I tried 220 ohm, 330 ohm, 440 ohm and 560 ohm. 440 ohm worked for me. Mine brand is bigtree-tech.
