Oh, and if you would like help with that I can do that. My MDF was a different thickness then what the SmartRap was designed for, so I had to teach myself onshape and made them all the right size.by mcm001 - Smart_Rap
What exactly do you mean, drill out the pushfit? I was thinking of drilling out the space from the hobbled bolt to the pushfit and putting a short bit of Bowden tube In there - shaped like a V, and hot glued in. Would drilling out the push fit destroy the threads?by mcm001 - General
I'm working on a 330x330x300mm dual extruder Smartrapcore. I have dual Gregs Wade (Bowden version), and I'm wondering if I can print flexiable filament. The Bowden tube only comes up to the end of the extruder - and the pneumatic fitting won't let me push the tube farther. Is there a flexiable filament version, or a mod I can make to my Wade?by mcm001 - General
I am using Cura. EDIT: Works when imported into Curaengine on Octoprint. Huhby mcm001 - Reprappers
I need to cut the plate into its respective pieces, and I thought tinkercad was the easiest place to do that. Just learned that the openjscad is obsolete, so this is a non-problem.by mcm001 - Reprappers
Hello all, I am working on building a SmartRapCore. I put in my parameters to OpenJSCAD and generated a printed parts plate, but importing into Tinkercad gives me a mess. (see attached screenshots). What am I doing wrong and how am I supposed to export the plate?by mcm001 - Reprappers
I just upgraded my Prusa i3 to have auto leveling, and although everything works fine when homing the Z axis it probes outside of my bed, rather then on the build plate (causing a crash). What firmware setting do I change to fix this? In addition, when following Tom's guide (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcGFLwj0pnA) he says to send G92Z10, to calibrate the extruder height - however this does nby mcm001 - Firmware - Marlin
